01
Definitions and general provisions
1.1
Organizer of the Promotion (Provider): LLC «INTRA.COM» (hereinafter – LLC «INTRA.COM»), entered in the Register of providers of electronic communication networks and services under number 4268, which provides electronic communication services under the FREGAT Trademark (TM).
1.2
Subscriber (Participant of the Promotion): an individual (end user) aged 18 or over who lives in the Promotion Territory and has concluded the Public agreement on the provision of electronic communication services with LLC «INTRA.COM».
1.3
Electronic communication service (Service): Internet access service provided by the Organizer.
1.4
The “GPON Gigabit” fixed-term tariff plan to which the terms of the promotion apply: a plan with a limited validity period (12 calendar months) and a fixed price of services, activated by the Subscriber under this Promotion.
1.5
End (terminal) equipment: the subscriber optical terminal ONU PON (Optical Network Unit) that converts the optical signal into an electrical one.
1.6
Promotion activation period: from 10 July 2026 to 31 December 2026 inclusive. This is the period during which requests for connection on the terms of the fixed-term tariff plan are accepted.

Eligibility
2.1
The terms of this promotional offer for connection to the fixed-term tariff plan apply only to individuals who:
2.1.1
Live in residential premises (apartments) in multi-apartment buildings that have never before been connected to the FREGAT electronic communication network.
2.1.2
Are former FREGAT subscribers, provided that LLC «INTRA.COM» has not actually provided electronic communication services at the specified address and the personal account has been inactive for 3 (three) or more months before the date of the request.
2.2
The terms of the Promotion do not apply to legal entities and individual entrepreneurs who intend to use the Service for commercial or industrial needs.

Territory and technical conditions
3.1
The Promotion is valid only in multi-apartment residential buildings within the following settlements:
3.1.1
Dnipropetrovsk region: Dnipro, Samar, Kamianske, Kryvyi Rih, Zhovti Vody, Synelnykove.
3.1.2
Zaporizhzhia region: Zaporizhzhia.
3.1.3
Poltava region: Kremenchuk, Suprunivka village.
3.2
A mandatory condition for connecting the fixed-term tariff plan is the actual technical feasibility of connecting the Subscriber’s end equipment to the LLC «INTRA.COM» electronic communication network via GPON technology at the specific address stated in the request.

Fixed-term tariff plan parameters and connection procedure
All subscribers who successfully submitted a request during the Promotion activation period are entitled to use the “GPON Gigabit” fixed-term tariff plan on the following terms:
4.1
“GPON Gigabit” fixed-term tariff plan — Service parameters:
Availability: Dnipro, Samar, Zaporizhzhia, Kamianske, Kryvyi Rih, Zhovti Vody, Kremenchuk, Synelnykove, Suprunivka village
Base technology: GPON
Maximum speed: Up to 1000 Mbps
Average actual speed: 500 Mbps
Minimum guaranteed speed: 250 Mbps
Traffic volume: Unlimited
Monthly price of services: 150.00 UAH incl. VAT
Mandatory initial payment: 150.01 UAH incl. VAT
4.2
The initial connection fee at the promotional tariff is 0.01 UAH incl. VAT.
This fee includes laying the fibre-optic cable from the LLC «INTRA.COM» distribution box to the entry into the Subscriber’s premises (apartment), and installing up to 10 metres of cable inside the Subscriber’s premises.
*Installation and cost of optical cable inside the Subscriber’s premises over the limit (more than 10 metres) is paid by the Subscriber additionally at 10.00 UAH incl. VAT for each 1 (one) metre.

Billing policy and settlement procedure
5.1
Mandatory initial payment. Within 24 hours of the actual connection to the network, the Subscriber must make a one-time payment of 150.01 UAH (0.01 UAH connection fee + 150.00 UAH for services for the first month).
5.2
The price of services under the selected fixed-term tariff plan covers 1 (one) full calendar month – from the 1st to the last day of the current month.
5.3
Reservation and charging mechanism:
Funds in the amount of the tariff plan price are automatically reserved on the Subscriber’s personal account at 00:00 on the 1st day of the calendar month preceding the billing month and/or directly on the date the Subscriber’s funds are actually credited to the LLC «INTRA.COM» account in that month.
The actual charge is made on the last day of the calendar month preceding the billing month.
If at the time of the automatic charge the amount on the Subscriber’s account is less than the established tariff, Internet access is automatically blocked by the Organizer until the required amount is paid in full.
5.4
If the actual connection and the first authorization did not take place on the 1st day of the month, the price of services for the first month is calculated based on the actual number of calendar days from the date of first authorization to the last day of that month.

Technical conditions and rules for using equipment
6.1
Subscriber equipment requirements: to ensure wireless (Wi-Fi) data transfer speeds of up to 1 Gbps on the “GPON Gigabit” fixed-term tariff, the Subscriber must provide their own router with physical LAN ports of at least 1 Gbps.
6.2
LLC «INTRA.COM» provides the Subscriber with end equipment — an ONU PON subscriber terminal — for temporary use for the entire period of receiving the Service. The terminal is the property of LLC «INTRA.COM».
6.3
If the agreement is terminated or the Subscriber refuses the Service, the Subscriber must return the ONU PON terminal to the Organizer in working and complete condition.
In case of loss, damage, incomplete set or non-return of the device, the Subscriber must pay LLC «INTRA.COM» its full compensation value of 600.00 UAH (six hundred hryvnias 00 kopecks).

Tariff plan validity and automatic transfer
7.1
The fixed validity period of the “GPON Gigabit” tariff plan for the Subscriber is 12 calendar months, starting from the month following the month of first authorization in the network. Fixed-term tariff plans are enabled for the Subscriber once at the time of connection.
7.2
After the 12-month validity period of the fixed-term tariff plan ends, all Subscribers are automatically (by default) transferred to standard commercial terms without additional notice — to the standard “Unlimited GPON” tariff with a speed of 1000 Mbps according to the city of connection.

Restrictions and additional rights of the Organizer
8.1
The “Thank you” programme and the “Line conservation” service option (temporary suspension of services) are completely unavailable for activation during the entire 12-month period of using the fixed-term promotional tariff plan.
8.2
The additional «Static IP address» option is activated at the Subscriber’s request on standard commercial terms according to the current LLC «INTRA.COM» price list.
8.3
LLC «INTRA.COM» reserves the exclusive right to refuse any person the Service or connection on the terms of this Promotion without giving reasons, in particular if fraud is detected, connection is not technically feasible at the specified address or the applicant does not comply with these Rules.
8.4
LLC «INTRA.COM» reserves the right to amend these Rules, change the Promotion period or terminate it early by publishing an updated version of the Rules on the official FREGAT website 7 calendar days before it takes effect.

Definitions and general provisions
1.1
The Organizer of the Promotion (hereinafter – the «Organizer» or the «Service Provider») is LLC «INTRA.COM» (hereinafter – «LLC «INTRA.COM»), entered in the Register of providers of electronic communication networks and services under number 4268, which provides electronic communication services under the FREGAT trademark.
1.2
A Participant of the Promotion (hereinafter – the «Subscriber») is an individual aged 18 or over who meets the conditions of participation, resides at an address that meets the conditions of this Promotion and has concluded a public agreement with LLC «INTRA.COM» on the provision of electronic communication services.
1.3
Electronic communication service (hereinafter – the «Service») – Internet access service provided by the Organizer in accordance with the public agreement and current tariffs.
1.4
Promotional tariff plan (hereinafter – the «TP») – the «EPON 500 Mbit» tariff plan, the terms of which are set by these Rules and which has a limited validity period.
1.5
Promotion Period – from 01 October 2026 to 31 December 2026 inclusive. During this period, requests for connection on the terms of the Promotion are accepted.
1.6
The validity period of the Promotional TP for a particular Subscriber is 12 calendar months in accordance with these Rules and is not limited by the end date of the Promotion Period.
1.7
End (terminal) equipment – the subscriber optical terminal ONU PON (Optical Network Unit) that converts the optical signal into an electrical one.

Eligibility
2.1
The terms of the Promotion apply only to individuals who wish to receive the Service for personal, family and household needs and meet one of the following conditions:
2.1.1
they live in apartments of multi-apartment residential buildings not previously connected to the FREGAT electronic communication network;
or
2.1.2
they are former FREGAT subscribers, provided that LLC «INTRA.COM» has not actually provided the Services at the relevant address for 3 (three) or more months before the date of the request to participate in the Promotion.
2.2
Participation is possible only if connection is technically feasible at the Subscriber’s specific address.
2.3
The terms of the Promotion do not apply to legal entities and individual entrepreneurs who intend to use the Service for commercial, business or industrial needs.
2.4
Submitting a connection request is not an unconditional guarantee of connection and provision of the Service on the terms of the Promotion. Connection is made after checking that the address and the applicant meet the terms of the Promotion and that connection is technically feasible.

Territory and technical conditions
3.1
The Promotion is valid in Dnipro, Cherkasy, Zhovti Vody, Cherkaske village and Zarichne village – only in multi-apartment residential buildings where connection is technically feasible.
3.2
A mandatory condition for connection under the Promotion is the technical feasibility of connecting the Subscriber to the LLC «INTRA.COM» electronic communication network via EPON technology at the specific address stated in the request.
3.3
The decision on whether connection is possible at a specific address is made by the Organizer taking into account the actual state of the network, technical feasibility and other technical conditions of connection.

Promotional tariff plan parameters and connection procedure
4.1
Subscribers who meet the conditions of participation and submitted a connection request during the Promotion Period are entitled to use the «EPON 500 Mbit» tariff plan on the following terms:
1) maximum Internet access speed – up to 500 Mbps;
2) average actual speed – 340 Mbps;
3) minimum guaranteed speed – 220 Mbps;
4) traffic volume – unlimited;
5) subscription fee – 150.00 UAH incl. VAT per month;
6) validity period of the promotional TP – 12 calendar months.
4.2
The connection fee under the Promotion is 0.01 UAH incl. VAT.
4.3
The connection fee includes laying the cable up to the entry into the Subscriber’s premises and laying up to 10 metres of cable inside the Subscriber’s premises.
4.4
If more than 10 metres of cable need to be laid inside the Subscriber’s premises, this service is paid additionally at 10.00 UAH incl. VAT for each metre over the limit included in the connection fee.
4.5
To be able to get wireless Internet access speeds of up to 1 Gbps, the Subscriber must have a router with LAN ports of at least 1 Gbps. The actual wireless speed also depends on the characteristics of the router, end equipment, the Subscriber’s device and the conditions of use.

Payment procedure and billing policy
5.1
No later than 24 hours after the actual connection to the network, the Subscriber must make a one-time payment of 150.01 UAH incl. VAT, consisting of:
– 0.01 UAH – connection fee;
– 150.00 UAH – subscription fee for the first month of using the Service.
5.2
The subscription fee under the Promotional TP is set for one calendar month – from the first to the last day of the respective calendar month.
5.3
The subscription fee is reserved and charged in accordance with the billing system and the terms of the public agreement.
5.4
If there are insufficient funds on the Subscriber’s personal account to pay for the Service, Internet access may be restricted or blocked until the required amount is paid.
5.5
If connection and the first authorization did not take place on the first day of a calendar month, the subscription fee for the month of connection is calculated in proportion to the actual number of days of using the Service from the date of first authorization to the last day of that calendar month.
06
End equipment and conditions of its use
6.1
To provide the Service, the Organizer gives the Subscriber an ONU PON subscriber terminal for temporary use; it remains the property of LLC «INTRA.COM».
6.2
The Subscriber must ensure proper operating conditions and safekeeping of the end equipment provided for the entire period of using the Service.
6.3
When the Subscriber stops using the Service or the agreement is terminated, the Subscriber must return the ONU PON terminal to the Organizer in working and complete condition.
6.4
If the equipment cannot be returned, is lost, damaged or incomplete, the Subscriber must compensate its cost of 600.00 UAH.

Validity of the promotional tariff plan and automatic transfer
7.1
The «EPON 500 Mbit» promotional tariff plan is activated for the Subscriber once, upon connection to the FREGAT network.
7.2
The validity period of the Promotional TP is 12 calendar months, starting from the month following the month of the Subscriber’s first authorization in the network.
7.3
The end of the Promotion Period on 31 December 2026 does not terminate the validity of the Promotional TP for Subscribers who were connected and activated the TP in accordance with these Rules during the Promotion Period.
7.4
After the 12-month validity period of the Promotional TP ends, the Subscriber is automatically transferred to the standard «Internet Optimal» tariff plan with a speed of up to 500 Mbps, unless otherwise established by the terms of Service provision in effect at that time.
7.5
Further use of the Service after the Promotional TP expires is on the standard commercial terms of the respective tariff plan.
08
Restrictions and additional conditions
8.1
The «Thank you» programme and the «Line conservation» service option are not available for activation during the validity of the Promotional TP.
8.2
The «Static IP address» option is activated at the Subscriber’s request on standard terms in accordance with the current tariffs and rules of Service provision.
8.3
The Promotional TP can be activated for the Subscriber once and cannot be re-activated at the same address after its validity period ends.
8.4
The Organizer reserves the right to refuse connection on the terms of the Promotion if the applicant or the address does not meet the terms of the Promotion, connection is not technically feasible, false information is provided, or in other cases provided for by the current rules of Service provision.
8.5
Submitting a request to participate in the Promotion means that the applicant has read these Rules and agrees to their terms.

Changes to the terms and termination of the Promotion
9.1
The Organizer may amend these Rules, change the Promotion period or terminate the Promotion early in the cases and in the manner provided for by the legislation of Ukraine.
9.2
Information about changes to these Rules, extension, suspension or early termination of the Promotion is published on the official FREGAT website no later than 7 (seven) calendar days before they take effect.
9.3
Changes to the terms of the Promotion do not apply to already activated Promotional TPs with regard to their established price and validity period, unless expressly provided otherwise by law or these Rules.
10
Final provisions
10.1
In everything not regulated by these Rules, the Organizer and the Subscriber are guided by the public agreement on the provision of electronic communication services, the current rules of Service provision and the legislation of Ukraine.
10.2
The full terms of the Promotion, these Rules, the terms of the public agreement and up-to-date tariff information are published on the official FREGAT website: www.fregat.com.

The Promotion is valid only in multi-apartment residential buildings where connection via «twisted pair» technology is technically feasible.
3.2
A mandatory condition for connection under the Promotion is the actual technical feasibility of connection via «twisted pair» technology at the specific address stated in the request.
3.3
Territorial coverage alone does not guarantee that connection is possible at a specific address. The final possibility of connection is determined by the Organizer after checking technical feasibility.

Promotional tariff plan parameters and connection procedure
4.1
Subscribers who meet the conditions of participation and submitted a connection request during the Promotion Period are entitled to use the «All You Need» tariff plan on the following terms:
1) maximum Internet access speed – up to 100 Mbps;
2) average actual speed – 80 Mbps;
3) minimum guaranteed speed – 50 Mbps;
4) traffic volume – unlimited;
5) subscription fee – 150.00 UAH incl. VAT per month;
6) validity period of the Promotional TP – 12 calendar months.
4.2
The connection fee under the Promotion is 0.01 UAH incl. VAT.
4.3
The connection fee includes the cable up to the entry into the Subscriber’s premises and laying up to 10 metres of cable inside the Subscriber’s premises.
4.4
If more than 10 metres of cable need to be laid inside the Subscriber’s premises, 10.00 UAH incl. VAT is charged for each metre over the limit.
4.5
Connection under the Promotion is made via «twisted pair» technology within the Organizer’s area of technical feasibility at the specific connection address.

Payment procedure and billing policy
5.1

– 0.01 UAH – connection fee;
– 150.00 UAH – subscription fee for the first month of using the Service.

5.3
The subscription fee is reserved and charged in accordance with the billing system and the terms of the public agreement.

Validity of the promotional tariff plan and automatic transfer
6.1
The «All You Need» promotional tariff plan is activated for the Subscriber once, upon connection to the FREGAT network.
6.2
The validity period of the Promotional TP is 12 calendar months, starting from the month following the month of the Subscriber’s first authorization in the network.
6.3
The end of the Promotion Period on 31 December 2026 does not terminate the validity of the Promotional TP for Subscribers who were connected and activated the TP in accordance with these Rules during the Promotion Period.
6.4
After the 12-month validity period of the Promotional TP ends, the Subscriber is automatically transferred to the standard «Internet Basic» tariff plan with a speed of up to 100 Mbps, unless otherwise established by the terms of Service provision in effect at that time.
6.5
Further use of the Service after the Promotional TP expires is on the standard commercial terms of the respective tariff plan.

Technical conditions and additional services
7.1
Connection under the Promotion is made via «twisted pair» technology where technically feasible at the specific address.
7.2
The actual Internet access speed may depend on the characteristics of the Subscriber’s end equipment, network equipment, connection conditions and other technical factors.
7.3
The «Thank you» programme and the «Line conservation» service option are not available for activation during the validity of the Promotional TP.
7.4
The «Static IP address» option is activated at the Subscriber’s request on standard terms in accordance with the current tariffs of LLC «INTRA.COM».

Restrictions and additional rights of the Organizer
8.1
LLC «INTRA.COM» reserves the right to refuse connection on the terms of the Promotion in case of:
– the applicant not meeting the terms of the Promotion;
– connection not being technically feasible;
– the applicant providing false information;
– a violation of these Rules or the terms of the public agreement;
– other cases provided for by the current rules of Service provision and the legislation of Ukraine.
8.2
The Promotional TP is activated for the Subscriber once and cannot be re-activated at the same address after its validity period ends.
8.3
Submitting a request to participate in the Promotion is not a guarantee of connection and does not oblige the Organizer to connect if connection is not technically feasible.

Changes to the terms and termination of the Promotion
9.1
The Organizer may amend these Rules, change the Promotion period or terminate the Promotion early in the cases and in the manner provided for by the legislation of Ukraine.
9.2
Information about changes to these Rules, extension, suspension or early termination of the Promotion is published on the official FREGAT website no later than seven days before such changes.
9.3
Changes to the terms of the Promotion do not apply to already activated Promotional TPs with regard to their established price and validity period, unless expressly provided otherwise by the legislation of Ukraine.
10
Final provisions
10.1
In everything not regulated by these Rules, the Organizer and the Subscriber are guided by the public agreement on the provision of electronic communication services, the current rules of Service provision and the legislation of Ukraine.
10.2

Organizer and executor of the advertising promotion
1.1
The Initiator and Organizer of the «NOTHING EXTRA» Promotion is the Limited Liability Company «INTRA.COM» (hereinafter LLC «INTRA.COM»), the location of LLC «INTRA.COM»: 49044, Dnipropetrovsk region, Dnipro, Krutohirnyi uzviz, bldg. 1.

Purpose of the promotion
2.1
The purpose of the Promotion is to increase the number of subscribers of LLC «INTRA.COM», attract consumers’ attention and stimulate demand for the services provided by the Promotion Initiator within its commercial activities.
03
Promotion participants
3.1
All legally capable, adult natural persons, citizens of Ukraine, who permanently reside in buildings of the multi-storey sector within the territory where services are provided by the Promotion Organizer or a third party under the FREGAT trademark, as well as former subscribers of the said service providers (who have not used the services for 3 or more months), have the right to participate in the Promotion; hereinafter referred to as the «Participants».
3.2
Employees and representatives of the Organizer/Initiator, affiliated persons, family members of such employees, representatives, and other persons directly involved in organizing and/or conducting this Promotion, as well as members of their families, are prohibited from participating in the Promotion. Persons whose rights and/or legal capacity are restricted by the state may not participate.
3.3
The Promotion terms may not be applied to persons who reside together with current or former users of the TM FREGAT Services at an address where the service was previously or is currently provided, except where such services were provided more than 3 (three) months before the date of the potential subscriber-participant’s application.

Main provisions of the Promotion
4.1

General terms and procedure for participation in the Promotion
5.1
To obtain the status of «Promotion Participant», during the Promotion period one must express the desire to participate in the Promotion and conclude with LLC «INTRA.COM» an agreement on the provision of electronic communication services on the terms of the chosen tariff plan/promotion.
5.2
Subject to signing the agreement on the terms of the Promotion, the subscriber obtains the right to connect to the network on the following terms:
5.2.1. The connection cost of the “Nothing Extra” tariff plan is 0,01 hryvnias incl. VAT. (The cost of the cable up to the entry into the subscriber’s premises and 10 meters inside the premises is included in the connection cost; the cost of cable inside the subscriber’s premises beyond 10 meters is paid additionally at the rate of 10,00 UAH incl. VAT per 1 meter).
5.2.2. The subscription fee for the “Nothing Extra” tariff plan is 100,00 (one hundred) hryvnias per month incl. VAT for one calendar month during the period from the first to the sixth month of use, Internet access speed — up to 100 Mbps (download/upload), with no traffic volume limit.
5.2.3. For subscribers in Dnipro, the subscription fee for the “Nothing Extra” tariff plan is 200,00 (two hundred) hryvnias per month incl. VAT for one calendar month during the period from the seventh to the eighth month of use, Internet access speed — up to 100 Mbps (download/upload), with no traffic volume limit.
5.2.4. Under the tariff plan, the subscriber must make a one-time payment, within no later than 24 hours from the moment of connection to the network, of a sum in the amount of 100,01 UAH incl. VAT — the connection cost and the subscription fee for the first month of use.
5.2.5. The term of the “Nothing Extra” tariff plan for subscribers in Dnipro is 8 months, for subscribers in other promotion cities — 6 months, starting from the month following the month of the first authorization.
5.3. All subscribers who submitted a connection application during the period from 17 October to 10 November 2025; 15.01.2026 to 28.02.2026; from 16.04.2026 to 30.06.2026 obtain the right to use the “Nothing Extra 50” tariff plan, in which the subscription fee is 50,00 (fifty) hryvnias per month incl. VAT for one calendar month during the period from the first to the sixth month of use inclusive, Internet access speed — up to 100 Mbps (download/upload), with no traffic volume limit. All other terms of using the service correspond to the "Nothing Extra" tariff plan. From the seventh month, Subscribers in Dnipro will be automatically transferred to the "Nothing Extra" tariff plan.
5.4. The “Nothing Extra” tariff is activated for the subscriber once at the moment of connection to the Fregat network.
5.5. After the expiry of the tariff plan term, all subscribers will by default be automatically transferred to the Internet service tariffs: Dnipro — ”Gold”, within the technical feasibility of GPON connection to the “Unlimited GPON” tariff; other cities — transition to the “Platinum” tariff plan, within the technical feasibility of GPON connection to a GPON-version tariff with a speed of 100 Mbps according to the city of connection.
5.6. The “Ultra” services, the “Rewards” program and “Line Suspension” are not available for activation on promotional tariff plans.
5.7. Activation of the Static IP option within the promotion is available on standard terms.
5.8. The subscription fee for the chosen tariff plan applies to 1 calendar month — from the 1st to the last day of the current calendar month. The subscription fee is reserved on the subscriber’s account at 00:00 on the 1st day of the calendar month preceding the billing month, and/or on the date of the actual crediting of funds from the Subscriber to the Provider’s account in such month. The subscription fee is charged on the last day of the calendar month preceding the billing month. If at the moment of charging there are insufficient funds on the subscriber’s account, Internet access is blocked until the required amount is received. If connection to the network occurs not on the 1st day of the month, the subscription fee for the month of connection is calculated based on the actual number of days from the date of the first authorization to the last date of such month.
5.9
The Promotion Organizer reserves the right to refuse to provide the service without giving a reason or in case of non-compliance with these rules, as well as all other rights.

1.1
The Initiator and Organizer of the «NO WORRIES» Promotion is the Limited Liability Company «INTRA.COM» (hereinafter LLC «INTRA.COM»), the location of LLC «INTRA.COM»: 49044, Dnipropetrovsk region, Dnipro, Krutohirnyi uzviz, bldg.1.

2.1
The purpose of the Promotion is to increase the number of subscribers of LLC «INTRA.COM», attract consumers’ attention and stimulate demand for the services provided by the Promotion Initiator within its commercial activities.
03
Promotion participants
3.1
All legally capable, adult natural persons, citizens of Ukraine, who permanently reside in buildings of the multi-storey sector within the territory where services are provided by the Promotion Organizer or a third party under the FREGAT trademark, as well as former subscribers of the said service providers (who have not used the services for 3 or more months), have the right to participate in the Promotion; hereinafter referred to as the «Participants».
3.2
Employees and representatives of the Organizer/Initiator, affiliated persons, family members of such employees, representatives, and other persons directly involved in organizing and/or conducting this Promotion, as well as members of their families, are prohibited from participating in the Promotion. Persons whose rights and/or legal capacity are restricted by the state may not participate.
3.3
The Promotion terms may not be applied to persons who reside together with current or former users of the TM FREGAT Services at an address where the service was previously or is currently provided, except where such services were provided more than 3 (three) months before the date of the potential subscriber-participant’s application.

Main provisions of the Promotion
4.1
The Promotion is held in the territory of Dnipro, Samar, Kamianske, Kremenchuk, where technical feasibility of connection via GPON technology is present, for residents of multi-apartment buildings, from 01 September 2025 to 31 August 2026 (hereinafter – the «Promotion Period»).

5.1
To obtain the status of «Promotion Participant», during the Promotion period one must express the desire to participate in the Promotion and conclude with LLC «INTRA.COM» an agreement on the provision of electronic communication services on the terms of the chosen tariff plan/promotion.
5.2
Subject to signing the agreement on the terms of the Promotion, the subscriber obtains the right to connect to the network on the following terms:
5.2.1
The connection cost of the “No Worries” tariff plan is 1496,00 hryvnias incl. VAT. (the cost of the cable up to the entry into the subscriber’s premises and 10 meters inside the premises is included in the connection cost; the cost of cable inside the subscriber’s premises beyond 10 meters is paid additionally at the rate of 10,00 UAH incl. VAT per 1 meter. Also, after connection the subscriber is provided with a configured router (Wi-Fi router) for 01,00 UAH incl. VAT.
5.2.2
The subscription fee for the “No Worries” tariff plan is 01,00 (one) hryvnia per month incl. VAT for one calendar month during the period from the first to the third month of use, Internet access speed — up to 1000 Mbps (download/upload), with no traffic volume limit.
5.2.3
The term of the “No Worries” tariff plan is 3 months, starting from the month following the month of the first authorization.
5.3
Under the tariff plan, the subscriber must make a one-time payment, within no later than 24 hours from the moment of connection to the network, of a sum in the amount of 1500,00 UAH incl. VAT (connection cost, router cost, cost of Internet access services for the period of the “NO WORRIES” tariff plan). In case of delay of the payment terms specified in this clause, the Subscriber pays the Promotion Organizer a penalty in the amount of 1500,00 hryvnias.

5.5
The subscription fee for the chosen tariff plan applies to 1 calendar month — from the 1st to the last day of the current calendar month. The subscription fee is reserved on the subscriber’s account at 00:00 on the 1st day of the calendar month preceding the billing month, and/or on the date of the actual crediting of funds from the Subscriber to the account of the electronic communication services supplier in such month. The subscription fee is charged on the last day of the calendar month preceding the billing month. If at the moment of charging there are insufficient funds on the subscriber’s account, Internet access is blocked until the required amount is received. If connection to the network occurs not on the 1st day of the month, the subscription fee for the month of connection is calculated based on the actual number of days from the date of the first authorization to the last date of such month.
5.6
To receive the service via GPON technology, the Provider provides the subscriber with terminal equipment for the term of using the Service — the subscriber terminal ONU PON.
5.7
In the event of refusal to use the Service, the subscriber shall:
5.7.1
Return to the provider the subscriber terminal ONU PON in working and complete condition. 5.7.2. In case of the impossibility of returning the device or its incomplete configuration, or a faulty condition of the device — compensate its value in the amount of 600,00 UAH.

The “No Worries” tariff is activated for the subscriber once at the moment of connection to the Fregat network.

4.1
The Promotion is held in the territory of the city of Zhovti Vody, the city of Samar and the Samar district, the city of Synelnykove, the Petrykivka district, the village of Bilyky, the village of Zhuky of Poltava region, where LLC «INTRA.COM» has the technical feasibility of providing electronic communication services, from 01 August 2023 to 15 October 2026 inclusive (hereinafter – the «Promotion Period»).

Promotion bonuses
5.1
Subject to connection on the terms of the promotion and the subscriber’s payment of the network connection cost, bonuses in the amount of 1360 units, equivalent to 1360,00 hryvnias, are credited to the Subscriber’s personal account, which the Subscriber may use exclusively to pay for the electronic communication services of the Promotion Organizer. The bonuses are not converted into the national currency of Ukraine, are not paid out to the Subscriber and may be used exclusively as payment for the Internet access services of the promotion organizer.

Procedure for receiving the Promotion bonuses
6.1
To be able to receive the bonuses, it is necessary to:
6.1.1
Obtain information on the availability of technical feasibility of connection at the specified address to the Internet and submit an application for connection to the LLC «INTRA.COM» network by phone (098, 099) 734 44 44 (call cost according to the tariffs of the communication operators of the caller) or on the website fregat.com.
6.1.2
Agree on the date and time of the visit of LLC «INTRA.COM» specialists to the connection address to carry out the physical connection to the network.
6.1.3
The terms for crediting the bonuses provided for in clause 5.1 of the rules — immediately — automatically upon activation in the Organizer’s network and subject to payment of the network connection cost.
6.2
Replacement of bonuses with any other benefits or gifts is not allowed; the bonuses are not subject to conversion into monetary units and are not paid out to the Subscriber.
6.3
The Participant has no right to transfer/assign the right to receive the bonuses to a third party.

7.1
To obtain the status of «Promotion Participant», during the Promotion period one must express the desire to participate in the Promotion and conclude with LLC «INTRA.COM» an agreement on the provision of electronic communication services on the terms of the promotion.
7.2
Subject to signing the agreement on the terms of this promotion, the Subscriber is connected to the «WHOOSH» tariff plan, in which the Internet access speed is up to 300 Mbps with no traffic limit (download/upload). The cost of services under the said tariff plan is 340,00 (three hundred forty) hryvnias per month. The cost of connecting the Subscriber to the network is 999,00 hryvnias incl. VAT (the cost of cable inside the Subscriber’s building is paid additionally), which must be paid within 24 hours from the date of connection.
7.3
To receive the service via PON technology, the Provider provides the subscriber with terminal equipment for the term of using the Service — the subscriber terminal ONU PON.
7.4
To ensure a wireless Internet speed of up to 300 Mbps, the subscriber must have a router with a LAN port speed of at least 1 Gbps.
7.5. In the event of refusal to use the Service, the subscriber shall:
7.5.1. Return to the provider the subscriber terminal ONU PON in working and complete condition.
In case of the impossibility of returning the device or its incomplete configuration, or a faulty condition of the device — compensate its value in the amount of 900,00 UAH.
After connection, the tariff for subscribers is fixed at 340,00 UAH per month until the date the tariff plan cost is changed by the Provider.
Transition from the «Whoosh» tariff plan to any other current tariff plan is possible according to the rules of the current tariffs, but not earlier than the accrued bonuses have been used by the Subscriber in full. The «WHOOSH» tariff plan is set for the subscriber once at connection.
If the subscriber is connected to the service in the middle of the month, the first month is charged proportionally to the remaining number of days of the service used in that month.
The rewards program and line suspension are unavailable within the «Whoosh» tariff plan.
Static IP activation is available. It can be ordered through the Personal Account — Services List — Options — Order.
The term of connection to the LLC «INTRA.COM» Internet network for promotion participants may be up to 14 calendar days after submitting a connection application by phone 0987344444, 0997344444, on the website or at the subscriber department, subject to the availability of technical feasibility of connection.
The Promotion customer reserves the right to extend or shorten the terms of the promotion, as well as to change the terms of its conduct, subject to notifying subscribers of such changes by posting information on the website www.fregat.com.
In the event of a situation allowing for an ambiguous interpretation of these Rules, any disputes and/or issues not regulated by these Rules shall be finally decided by the Promotion Organizer. The Organizer’s decision is final and not subject to appeal.
By participating in the Promotion, all Promotion Participants fully agree with these Rules and undertake to comply with them.
LLC «INTRA.COM» reserves all rights. In particular, LLC «INTRA.COM» has the right to refuse the Subscriber the right to participate in the «WHOOSH» promotion if, at the address per the connection application, a connection to the LLC «INTRA.COM» network had previously already been established, as well as for any other reason without explanation.
Together with the «WHOOSH» promotion, the standard connection terms and other promotions that do not require visiting the office and signing an additional agreement at connection remain in effect. The Subscriber has the right to choose the connection method, but simultaneous participation in two promotions is not possible; the promotions are not cumulative.
Participation in the Promotion automatically implies familiarization with and full agreement of the Promotion Participants with these rules.

The Promotion is held throughout the entire coverage territory of the Promotion Organizer for residents of private houses where technical feasibility of connection is present, from 07 April 2025 to 31 December 2026 (hereinafter – the «Promotion Period», which may be extended by the Organizer).

5.1
To obtain the status of «Promotion Participant», during the Promotion period one must express the desire to participate in the Promotion and conclude with LLC «INTRA.COM» an agreement on the provision of electronic communication services on the terms of the promotion and on the terms of the chosen tariff plan — «Country House».
5.2
Subject to signing the agreement on the terms of this promotion, the Subscriber is connected to the “COUNTRY HOUSE” tariff plan, which provides Internet access on the following terms:
During the period from 01 April 2026 to 31 October 2026, the subscription fee for the «Country House» tariff plan is 140,00 UAH per month incl. VAT, Internet access speed — up to 100 Mbps (download/upload), with no traffic volume limit.
During the period from 01 November 2025 to 31 March 2026, the subscription fee for the «Country House» tariff plan is 40,00 UAH per month incl. VAT, Internet access speed — up to 5 Mbps (download/upload), with no traffic volume limit.
The cost of connection to the network is 0,01 UAH incl. VAT. The cost includes all work on laying the cable up to the entry into the subscriber’s house*. (*The cost of the cable up to the entry into the subscriber’s house, if its length does not exceed 150 meters, is included in the connection cost; the cost of cable inside the subscriber’s house and cable up to the entry into the subscriber’s house beyond 150 meters is paid additionally at the rate of 12,00 UAH incl. VAT per 1 meter of cable). If it is necessary to carry out work on laying cable inside the subscriber’s premises, the cost of such work is agreed individually and paid additionally.
To receive the service via GPON «Fiber to the home» technology, the Operator provides the subscriber with terminal equipment for the term of using the Service — the subscriber terminal ONU PON.
5.4
When connecting on promotional terms according to the current rules, the subscriber unconditionally accepts and undertakes to fulfill the following obligations:
Under the tariff plan, the subscriber must make a one-time payment, within no later than 24 hours from the moment of connection to the network, of a sum in the amount of 140,01 UAH incl. VAT (if the connection is made during the period from 01 April 2026 to 31 October 2026) or in the amount of 40,01 UAH incl. VAT (if the connection is made during the period from 01 November 2025 to 31 March 2026) — the connection cost and the subscription fee for the first month of use.
In the event of refusal to use the Service, the subscriber shall: 1) Return to the provider the subscriber terminal ONU PON in working and complete condition. 2) In case of the impossibility of returning the device or its incomplete configuration, or a faulty condition of the device — compensate its value in the amount of 600,00 UAH.
Activation of a static IP address is available on standard terms. It can be ordered through the Personal Account — Services List — Options — Order.
The “Rewards” program and “Line Suspension” are not available for activation on the promotional “COUNTRY HOUSE” tariff plan.
The promotional “Country House” tariff is in effect from 07.04.2025. The speed in the tariff plan does not depend on the amount of information downloaded and transmitted.
The subscription fee for the chosen tariff plan applies to 1 calendar month — from the 1st to the last day of the current calendar month. The subscription fee is reserved on the subscriber’s account at 00:00 on the 1st day of the calendar month preceding the billing month, and/or on the date of the actual crediting of funds from the Subscriber to the Provider’s account in such month. The subscription fee is charged on the last day of the calendar month preceding the billing month. If at the moment of charging there are insufficient funds on the subscriber’s account, Internet access is blocked until the required amount is received. If connection to the network occurs not on the 1st day of the month, the subscription fee for the month of connection is calculated based on the actual number of days from the date of the first authorization to the last date of such month.
At their request, the subscriber may at any time during use switch to another tariff of the main version available for the city of connection. A reverse transition to the Country House tariff is not possible.
5.10. In the event of a situation allowing for an ambiguous interpretation of these Rules, any disputes and/or issues not regulated by these Rules shall be finally decided by the Promotion Organizer. The Organizer’s decision is final and not subject to appeal. By participating in the Promotion, all Promotion Participants fully agree with these Rules and undertake to comply with them.
5.11. LLC «INTRA.COM» reserves all rights. In particular, LLC «INTRA.COM» has the right to refuse the Subscriber the right to participate in the «COUNTRY HOUSE» promotion if, at the address per the connection application, a connection to the LLC «INTRA.COM» network had previously already been established no later than 3 months ago, as well as for any other reason without explanation.
5.12. Together with the «COUNTRY HOUSE» promotion, the standard connection terms and other promotions that do not require visiting the office and signing an additional agreement at connection remain in effect. The Subscriber has the right to choose the connection method, but simultaneous participation in two promotions is not possible; the promotions are not cumulative.
5.13. These official rules, as well as amendments to them, take effect from the moment of their posting on the website www.fregat.com. They can be reviewed on the Organizer’s website.

OFFICIAL RULES (TERMS) OF THE «YOUR SPACE» MARKETING PROMOTION
01
Definitions and general provisions
1.1
The Organizer of the Promotion (hereinafter – the «Organizer» or the «Service Provider») is LLC «INTRA.COM» (hereinafter – «LLC «INTRA.COM»), entered in the Register of providers of electronic communication networks and services under number 4268, which provides electronic communication services under the FREGAT trademark.
1.2
A Participant of the Promotion (hereinafter – the «Subscriber») is an individual aged 18 or over who meets the conditions of participation, resides at an address that meets the conditions of this Promotion and has concluded a public agreement with LLC «INTRA.COM» on the provision of electronic communication services.
1.3
Electronic communication service (hereinafter – the «Service») – Internet access service provided by the Organizer in accordance with the public agreement and current tariffs.
1.4
Promotional tariff plan (hereinafter – the «TP») – the «Your Space» tariff plan, the terms of which are set by these Rules and which has a limited validity period.
1.5
Promotion Period – from 01 October 2026 to 31 December 2026 inclusive. During this period, requests for connection on the terms of the Promotion are accepted.
1.6
The validity period of the Promotional TP for a particular Subscriber is 12 calendar months in accordance with these Rules and is not limited by the end date of the Promotion Period.
1.7
End (terminal) equipment – the subscriber optical terminal ONU PON (Optical Network Unit) that converts the optical signal into an electrical one.

Eligibility
2.1
The terms of the Promotion apply only to individuals who wish to receive the Service for personal, family and household needs and meet one of the following conditions:
2.1.1
they live in private residential houses not previously connected to the FREGAT electronic communication network;
or
2.1.2
they are former FREGAT subscribers, provided that LLC «INTRA.COM» has not actually provided the Services at the relevant address for 3 (three) or more months before the date of the request to participate in the Promotion.
2.2
Participation is possible only if connection is technically feasible at the specific address.
2.3
The terms of the Promotion do not apply to legal entities and individual entrepreneurs who intend to use the Service for commercial, business or industrial needs.
2.4
Submitting a connection request is not an unconditional guarantee of connection and provision of the Service on the terms of the Promotion. Connection is made after checking that the applicant and the address meet the terms of the Promotion and that connection is technically feasible.

Territory and technical conditions
3.1
The Promotion is valid throughout the Organizer’s coverage area in low-rise residential areas where connection via EPON and/or GPON technology is technically feasible.
3.2
A mandatory condition for connection under the Promotion is the actual technical feasibility of connection via EPON or GPON technology at the specific address stated in the request.
3.3
Territorial coverage alone does not guarantee that connection is possible at a specific address. The final possibility of connection is determined by the Organizer after checking technical feasibility.

Promotional tariff plan parameters and connection procedure
4.1
Subscribers who meet the conditions of participation and submitted a connection request during the Promotion Period are entitled to use the «Your Space» tariff plan on the following terms:
1) maximum Internet access speed – up to 500 Mbps;
2) average actual speed – 340 Mbps;
3) minimum guaranteed speed – 220 Mbps;
4) traffic volume – unlimited;
5) subscription fee – 200.00 UAH incl. VAT per month;
6) validity period of the Promotional TP – 12 calendar months.
4.2
The connection fee under the Promotion is 0.01 UAH incl. VAT.
4.3
The connection fee includes laying cable to the entrance of the Subscriber’s house within 150 metres of cable.
4.4
If more than 150 metres of cable need to be laid, the Subscriber additionally pays 12.00 UAH incl. VAT for each metre of cable over the limit.
4.5
If cable needs to be laid inside the Subscriber’s premises, the cost of such work is determined and agreed with the Subscriber individually and paid additionally.
4.6
Connection under the Promotion is made via EPON or GPON technology depending on technical feasibility at the specific address.

Payment procedure and billing policy
5.1
No later than 24 hours after the actual connection to the network, the Subscriber must make a one-time payment of 200.01 UAH incl. VAT, consisting of:
– 0.01 UAH – connection fee;
– 200.00 UAH – subscription fee for the first month of using the Service.
5.2
The subscription fee under the Promotional TP is set for one calendar month – from the first to the last day of the respective calendar month.
5.3
The subscription fee is reserved and charged in accordance with the billing system and the terms of the public agreement.
5.4
If there are insufficient funds on the Subscriber’s personal account to pay for the Service, Internet access is automatically blocked until the required amount is paid.
5.5
If connection and the first authorization did not take place on the first day of a calendar month, the subscription fee for the month of connection is calculated in proportion to the actual number of days from the date of first authorization to the last day of that calendar month.
06
Technical conditions and end equipment
6.1
To be able to get wireless Internet access speeds of up to 1 Gbps, the Subscriber must have their own router with LAN ports supporting at least 1 Gbps.
6.2
The actual wireless Internet speed depends, in particular, on the characteristics of the router, the Subscriber’s end device, the connection method and other technical factors.
6.3
LLC «INTRA.COM» provides the Subscriber with end equipment – an ONU PON subscriber terminal – for temporary use for the entire period of receiving the Service. The terminal is the property of LLC «INTRA.COM».
6.4
The Subscriber must ensure proper operating conditions and safekeeping of the equipment provided for the entire period of using the Service.
6.5
When the Subscriber stops using the Service or the agreement is terminated, the Subscriber must return the ONU PON terminal to the Organizer in working and complete condition.
6.6
If the equipment cannot be returned, is lost, damaged or incomplete, the Subscriber must compensate its cost of 600.00 UAH.

Validity of the promotional tariff plan and automatic transfer
7.1
The «Your Space» promotional tariff plan is activated for the Subscriber once, upon connection to the FREGAT network.
7.2
The validity period of the Promotional TP is 12 calendar months, starting from the month following the month of the Subscriber’s first authorization in the network.
7.3
The end of the Promotion Period on 31 December 2026 does not terminate the validity of the Promotional TP for Subscribers who were connected and activated the TP in accordance with these Rules during the Promotion Period.
7.4
After the 12-month validity period of the Promotional TP ends, the Subscriber is automatically transferred to the standard «Internet Fine 500» tariff plan with a speed of up to 500 Mbps, unless otherwise established by the terms of Service provision in effect at that time.
7.5
Further use of the Service after the Promotional TP expires is on the standard commercial terms of the respective tariff plan.
08
Restrictions and additional services
8.1
The «Thank you» programme and the «Line conservation» service option are not available for activation during the validity of the Promotional TP.
8.2
The «Static IP address» option is activated at the Subscriber’s request on standard terms in accordance with the current tariffs of LLC «INTRA.COM».
8.3
The Promotional TP is activated for the Subscriber once and cannot be re-activated after its validity period ends.
8.4
LLC «INTRA.COM» reserves the right to refuse connection on the terms of the Promotion in case of:
– the applicant not meeting the terms of the Promotion;
– connection not being technically feasible;
– the applicant providing false information;
– a violation of these Rules or the terms of the public agreement;
– other cases provided for by the current rules of Service provision and the legislation of Ukraine.
09
Changes to the terms and termination of the Promotion
9.1
The Organizer may amend these Rules, change the Promotion period or terminate the Promotion early in the cases and in the manner provided for by the legislation of Ukraine.
9.2
Information about changes to these Rules, extension, suspension or early termination of the Promotion is published on the official FREGAT website no later than seven days before such changes.
9.3
Changes to the terms of the Promotion do not apply to already activated Promotional TPs with regard to their established price and validity period, unless expressly provided otherwise by the legislation of Ukraine.
10
Final provisions
10.1
In everything not regulated by these Rules, the Organizer and the Subscriber are guided by the public agreement on the provision of electronic communication services, the current rules of Service provision and the legislation of Ukraine.
10.2
The full terms of the Promotion, these Rules, the terms of the public agreement and up-to-date tariff information are published on the official FREGAT website: www.fregat.com.

The «AT HOME» Promotion (hereinafter – the Promotion) is an advertising campaign aimed at attracting new subscribers of LLC «INTRA.COM».
01
Organizer and executor of the advertising promotion
1.1
The Initiator and Organizer of the «AT HOME» Promotion is the Limited Liability Company «INTRA.COM» (hereinafter LLC «INTRA.COM»), the location of LLC «INTRA.COM»: 49033, Dnipropetrovsk region, Dnipro, Krutohirnyi uzviz, building 1.

Purpose of the promotion
2.1
The purpose of the Promotion is to increase the number of subscribers of LLC «INTRA.COM», attract consumers’ attention and stimulate demand for the services provided by the Promotion Initiator within its commercial activities.
03
Promotion participants
3.1
All legally capable, adult natural persons, citizens of Ukraine, who permanently reside in the private sector in the coverage area of the promotion organizer LLC «INTRA.COM», where technical feasibility of connection is present, who were not previously connected to the TM FREGAT electronic communication networks, as well as former subscribers (who have not used the services for 3 or more months), have the right to participate in the Promotion; hereinafter referred to as the «Participants»
3.2
Employees and representatives of the Organizer/Initiator, affiliated persons, family members of such employees, representatives, and other persons directly involved in organizing and/or conducting this Promotion, as well as members of their families, are prohibited from participating in the Promotion. Persons whose rights and/or legal capacity are restricted by the state may not participate.
3.3
The Promotion terms may not be applied to persons who reside together with current or former users of the TM FREGAT Services at an address where the service was previously or is currently provided, except where such services were provided more than 3 (three) months before the date of the potential subscriber-participant’s application.

Main provisions of the Promotion
4.1
The Promotion is held throughout the entire coverage territory of the Promotion Organizer (which can be reviewed on the Organizer’s website at https://fregat.com/subscription-and-payment/map/ or by the contact phone numbers +38(063)(098)(099)7344444 – call cost according to the tariffs of the caller’s operator) for residents of private houses where technical feasibility of connection is present, from 10 April 2025 to 15 October 2026 (hereinafter – the «Promotion Period», which may be extended by the Organizer).

General terms and procedure for participation in the Promotion
5.1
To obtain the status of «Promotion Participant», during the Promotion period one must express the desire to participate in the Promotion and conclude with LLC «INTRA.COM» an agreement on the provision of electronic communication services on the terms of the promotion and on the terms of the chosen tariff plan — «At Home».
5.2
Subject to signing the agreement on the terms of this promotion, the Subscriber is connected to the “AT HOME” tariff plan, which provides Internet access on the following terms:
- The subscription fee for the «At Home» tariff plan is 140,00 UAH per month incl. VAT during the period from the first to the sixth month of use, Internet access speed — up to 100 Mbps (download/upload), with no traffic volume limit.
- The subscription fee for the «At Home» tariff plan is 250,00 UAH per month incl. VAT during the period from the seventh to the twelfth month of use, Internet access speed — up to 100 Mbps (download/upload), with no traffic volume limit.
- The cost of connection to the network is 0,01 UAH incl. VAT. The cost includes all work on laying the cable up to the entrance to the subscriber’s house* (*up to 150 meters of cable; if cable consumption exceeds the specified length, the subscriber pays additionally at the rate of 12,00 UAH incl. VAT per 1 meter). If it is necessary to carry out work on laying cable inside the subscriber’s premises, the cost of such work is agreed individually and paid additionally.
Under the tariff plan, the subscriber must make a one-time payment, within no later than 24 hours from the moment of connection to the network, of a sum in the amount of 140,01 UAH incl. VAT — the connection cost and the subscription fee for the first month of use.
5.3
To receive the service via GPON «Fiber to the home» technology, the Operator provides the subscriber with terminal equipment for the term of using the Service — the subscriber terminal ONU PON.
5.4
In the event of refusal to use the Service, the subscriber shall: 1) Return to the provider the subscriber terminal ONU PON in working and complete condition. 5.5. In case of the impossibility of returning the device or its incomplete configuration, or a faulty condition of the device — compensate its value in the amount of 600,00 UAH.
5.6
The term of the “At Home” tariff plan is 12 months, starting from the month following the month of the first authorization. After the end of the established period of using the service (12 months), subscribers in Dnipro will by default be automatically transferred to the «Fine 100» tariff, other localities — transition to the «Your 100» tariff plan.
Activation of a static IP address is available. It can be ordered through the Personal Account — Services List — Options — Order.
The “Rewards” program and “Line Suspension” are not available for activation on the promotional “AT HOME” tariff plan.
The subscription fee for the chosen tariff plan applies to 1 calendar month — from the 1st to the last day of the current calendar month. The subscription fee is reserved on the subscriber’s account at 00:00 on the 1st day of the calendar month preceding the billing month, and/or on the date of the actual crediting of funds from the Subscriber to the Provider’s account in such month. The subscription fee is charged on the last day of the calendar month preceding the billing month. If at the moment of charging there are insufficient funds on the subscriber’s account, Internet access is blocked until the required amount is received. If connection to the network occurs not on the 1st day of the month, the subscription fee for the month of connection is calculated based on the actual number of days from the date of the first authorization to the last date of such month.
At their request, the subscriber may at any time during use switch to another tariff of the main version available for the city of connection. A reverse transition to the AT HOME tariff is not possible.
5.11. In the event of a situation allowing for an ambiguous interpretation of these Rules, any disputes and/or issues not regulated by these Rules shall be finally decided by the Promotion Organizer. The Organizer’s decision is final and not subject to appeal. By participating in the Promotion, all Promotion Participants fully agree with these Rules and undertake to comply with them.
5.12. LLC «INTRA.COM» reserves all rights. In particular, LLC «INTRA.COM» has the right to refuse the Subscriber the right to participate in the «AT HOME» promotion if, at the address per the connection application, a connection to the LLC «INTRA.COM» network had previously already been established no later than 3 months ago, as well as for any other reason without explanation.
5.13. Together with the «AT HOME» promotion, the standard connection terms and other promotions that do not require visiting the office and signing an additional agreement at connection remain in effect. The Subscriber has the right to choose the connection method, but simultaneous participation in two promotions is not possible; the promotions are not cumulative.
5.14. These official rules, as well as amendments to them, take effect from the moment of their posting on the website www.fregat.com. They can be reviewed on the Organizer’s website.

01
Definitions and general provisions
1.1
Organizer of the Promotion – LLC «INTRA.COM», entered in the Register of providers of electronic communication networks and services under No. 4268, which provides electronic communication services under the FREGAT trademark (hereinafter – the «Organizer»).
1.2
Subscriber (Participant of the Promotion) – an individual aged 18 or over who lives at an address that meets the terms of the Promotion and has concluded an agreement with the Organizer on the provision of electronic communication services in the established manner.
1.3
Service – Internet access service provided by the Organizer to the Subscriber at the relevant connection address.
1.4
The «Your Space+» tariff plan – a promotional tariff plan for Internet access on the terms set out in these Rules.
1.5
Promotion Period – from 01 October 2026 to 31 December 2026 inclusive.
1.6
The validity period of the «Your Space+» tariff plan is 12 months in accordance with these Rules. The end of the Promotion Period does not terminate the tariff plan for Subscribers for whom it was activated in accordance with these Rules.
1.7
ONU PON subscriber terminal – end equipment provided by the Organizer to the Subscriber for the period of using the Service in accordance with these Rules.

4.1
Subscribers who submitted a connection request during the Promotion Period and meet the requirements of these Rules are entitled to use the «Your Space+» tariff plan.
4.2
Main parameters of the «Your Space+» tariff plan:
Subscription fee: 300.00 UAH/month incl. VAT
Validity of the promotional tariff: 12 months
Maximum speed: up to 1000 Mbps
Average actual speed: 500 Mbps
Minimum guaranteed speed: 250 Mbps
Traffic volume: unlimited
4.3
The connection fee is 0.01 UAH incl. VAT.
4.4
The connection fee includes all work on laying cable to the entrance of the Subscriber’s house within 150 metres of cable.

Settlement procedure
5.1
The subscription fee under the «Your Space+» tariff plan is set for one calendar month – from the first to the last day of the respective calendar month.
5.2
The subscription fee is reserved on the Subscriber’s account in the manner established by the Organizer’s billing system and the terms of the public agreement.
5.3
The subscription fee is charged in accordance with the terms of the public agreement and the rules of the Organizer’s billing system.
5.4
If there are insufficient funds on the Subscriber’s account at the time of charging, Internet access is blocked until the required amount is received.
5.5
If connection does not take place on the first day of a calendar month, the subscription fee for the month of connection is calculated in proportion to the actual number of days of using the Service in accordance with clause 4.8 of these Rules.

Technical equipment
6.1
To be able to use wireless Internet access at speeds of up to 1 Gbps, the Subscriber must have a router with LAN ports supporting up to 1 Gbps.
6.2
The actual Internet speed over a wireless connection may depend on the characteristics of the router, the Subscriber’s end device, the Wi-Fi standard, radio conditions and other technical factors.
6.3
To provide the Service, the Organizer gives the Subscriber end equipment – an ONU PON subscriber terminal – for the period of using the Service.
6.4
When the Subscriber stops using the Service, the Subscriber must return the ONU PON terminal to the Organizer in working and complete condition.
6.5
If the device cannot be returned, is incomplete or returned faulty, the Subscriber compensates the Organizer its cost of 600.00 UAH.
07
Tariff plan validity and automatic transfer
7.1
The validity of the «Your Space+» tariff plan is 12 months, starting from the month following the month of the Subscriber’s first authorization in the FREGAT network.
7.2
The «Your Space+» tariff plan is enabled for the Subscriber once at the time of connection to the FREGAT network.
7.3
The end of the Promotion Period does not terminate the «Your Space+» tariff plan activated for the Subscriber in accordance with these Rules.
7.4
After the 12-month validity of the «Your Space+» tariff plan ends, the Subscriber is automatically transferred to the «Internet Fine 1000» tariff plan with access speeds of up to 1000 Mbps.
08
Restrictions and additional conditions
8.1
The «Thank you» programme and the «Line conservation» service are not available for activation on the «Your Space+» tariff plan.
8.2
The «Static IP» option is available under the Promotion on the Organizer’s standard terms.
8.3
Other services and additional options not provided for by these Rules are provided and paid for according to the Organizer’s current tariffs and terms.

Changes to the terms and termination of the Promotion
9.1
The Organizer may change the terms of the Promotion and/or terminate it early in the cases and in the manner provided for by the legislation of Ukraine.
9.2
Changes to the terms of the Promotion do not affect an already activated «Your Space+» tariff plan with regard to its established price and validity period, unless expressly provided otherwise by the legislation of Ukraine.
9.3
Information about changes to the terms of the Promotion and/or its termination is published on the official FREGAT website and/or communicated to Subscribers in another way in accordance with the law and the public agreement no later than seven days before such changes.
10
Final provisions
10.1
In everything not regulated by these Rules, the Organizer and the Subscriber are guided by the public agreement on the provision of electronic communication services, the current rules of Service provision and the legislation of Ukraine.

5.1
To obtain the status of «Promotion Participant», during the Promotion period one must express the desire to participate in the Promotion and conclude with LLC «INTRA.COM» an agreement on the provision of electronic communication services on the terms of the promotion and on the terms of the chosen tariff plan — «Gigabit for Friends».
5.2
Subject to signing the agreement on the terms of this promotion, the Subscriber is connected to the “GIGABIT FOR FRIENDS” tariff plan, which provides Internet access on the following terms:
5.2.1
The subscription fee for the «Gigabit for Friends» tariff plan is 199,00 UAH per month incl. VAT during the period from the first to the sixth month of use, Internet access speed — up to 1000 Mbps (download/upload), with no traffic volume limit.
5.2.2
The cost of connection to the network is 0,01 UAH incl. VAT. The cost includes all work on laying the cable up to the entrance to the subscriber’s house (up to 150 meters of cable; if cable consumption exceeds the specified length, the subscriber pays additionally at the rate of 12,00 UAH incl. VAT per 1 meter). If it is necessary to carry out work on laying cable inside the subscriber’s premises, the cost of such work is agreed individually and paid additionally.
5.2.3
Under the tariff plan, the subscriber must make a one-time payment, within no later than 24 hours from the moment of connection to the network, of a sum in the amount of 199,01 UAH incl. VAT — the connection cost and the subscription fee for the first month of use.
5.3
To receive the service via GPON technology. The Operator provides the subscriber with terminal equipment for the term of using the Service — the subscriber terminal ONU PON.
5.4
In the event of refusal to use the Service, the subscriber shall:
1)
Return to the provider the subscriber terminal ONU PON in working and complete condition. 2) In case of the impossibility of returning the device or its incomplete configuration, or a faulty condition of the device — compensate its value in the amount of 600,00 UAH.

To ensure a wireless Internet speed of up to 1 Gbps, a Wi-Fi router with a LAN port speed of 1 Gbps is required.

The term of the «Gigabit for Friends» tariff plan is 6 months, starting from the month following the month of the first authorization.

After the end of the established period of using the service (6 months), subscribers will by default be automatically transferred to the «Fine 1000» tariff.
9
The subscription fee for the chosen tariff plan applies to 1 calendar month — from the 1st to the last day of the current calendar month. The subscription fee is reserved on the subscriber’s account at 00:00 on the 1st day of the calendar month preceding the billing month, and/or on the date of the actual crediting of funds from the Subscriber to the Provider’s account in such month. The subscription fee is charged on the last day of the calendar month preceding the billing month. If at the moment of charging there are insufficient funds on the subscriber’s account, Internet access is blocked until the required amount is received. If connection to the network occurs not on the 1st day of the month, the subscription fee for the month of connection is calculated based on the actual number of days from the date of the first authorization to the last date of such month.

The Promotion Organizer reserves the right to change the terms of this promotion, including changing the amount of the subscription fee in the promotional tariff, changing the terms of the promotion and all other rights related to the mechanics of the present promotion, of which it notifies additionally.

RULES FOR THE APPLICATION OF THE «YEAR TOGETHER» TARIFF PLAN (v.11)
(Special terms for the provision of services for multi-storey buildings)
01
General provisions
1.1
These Rules determine the procedure and terms for the provision of Internet access services under the «Year Together» tariff plan (hereinafter — the Tariff Plan) by the electronic communication services supplier LLC «INTRA.COM» (hereinafter — the Supplier), trademark Fregat.
1.2
The Rules have been developed in accordance with the Law of Ukraine «On Electronic Communications», the Rules for the Provision and Receipt of Electronic Communication Services (Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 101) and the Public Agreement.
1.3
The Tariff Plan is fixed-term and provides for special billing terms for 12 (twelve) calendar months from the moment of activation.
1.4
The access speed in this Tariff Plan does not depend on the volume of traffic consumed.

Territory of application and activation cost
2.1
The terms of the Tariff Plan apply to subscribers (natural persons) who reside in multi-storey residential buildings within the coverage areas of the Supplier’s network.
2.2
Cost of activating the Tariff Plan (one-time advance payment):
Zone «Region»: 1987,00 UAH incl. VAT (cities: Pavlohrad, Cherkasy, Samar, Zaporizhzhia, Kamianske, Kryvyi Rih, Zhovti Vody, Poltava, Verkhnodniprovsk, Kremenchuk, Synelnykove; villages: Yavornytske, Cherkaske, Zarichne; Poltava region: the village of Stepne, the village of Suprunivka, the village of Bilyky, the village of Zhuky, the village of Yaresky, the village of Orikhivka, the village of Tereshky, the city of Karlivka, the city of Zinkiv).
Zone «Dnipro»: 2987,00 UAH incl. VAT (the city of Dnipro).
2.3
Activation of the tariff is carried out by charging the full cost (in accordance with clause 2.2 of these Rules) from the Subscriber’s personal account at the moment of ordering the service.

Description of billing parameters
3.1
Access speed: up to 100 Mbps (download/upload).
3.2
Subscription fee: 1,00 (one) hryvnia per month incl. VAT.
3.3
The term of the «Year Together» tariff plan, access to which is provided subject to full payment of the activation cost in accordance with clause 2.2 of these Rules, is 12 (twelve) full calendar months, calculated from the 1st day of the month following the month in which the first authorization occurred.
3.4
After the end of the 12-month term, the Subscriber is automatically transferred to the current standard tariff plan according to the city and connection technology (similar to the transition to the v.12 series tariffs in the cities of Pavlohrad, Cherkasy, Samar, Zaporizhzhia, Kamianske, Kryvyi Rih, Zhovti Vody, Poltava, Verkhnodniprovsk, Kremenchuk, Synelnykove; villages: Yavornytske, Cherkaske, Zarichne; Poltava region: the village of Stepne, the village of Suprunivka, the village of Bilyky, the village of Zhuky, the village of Yaresky, the village of Orikhivka, the village of Tereshky, the city of Karlivka, the city of Zinkiv and v.11 in the city of Dnipro) or may re-activate the “Year Together” tariff plan on the terms current as of the date of re-activation. The number of subsequent activations is unlimited.

Settlement procedure
4.1
A monthly billing model is used. The subscription fee is 1,00 UAH incl. VAT per month and is reserved at 00:00 on the 1st day of the month preceding the billing month.
4.2
The subscription fee is charged on the last day of the calendar month preceding the billing month.
4.3
In case of insufficient funds (less than 1,00 UAH) at the moment of charging, access to the network is blocked until the account is topped up.

Terminal equipment (EPON/GPON)
5.1
To receive services via EPON/GPON technology, the Supplier provides the Subscriber, for use for the term of the Tariff Plan, with the subscriber terminal ONU GPON.
5.2
In the event of termination of use of the Service, the Subscriber is obliged to return the terminal in working and complete condition.
5.3
In the event of loss or damage of the equipment, the Subscriber reimburses its value in the amount of 600,00 UAH incl. VAT.

Additional services
6.1
Line Suspension: During the 12 months of the tariff’s validity, the Subscriber has the right to use the suspension service once for a period of 1 calendar month without extending the tariff usage period.
6.2
Static IP address: Activation is available on the Supplier’s standard terms.
6.3
Loyalty program: Subscribers participate in the Supplier’s regular prize draws and incentive events (tickets, prizes) on equal terms with other users of the Fregat network.
07
Final provisions
7.1
The Supplier reserves the exclusive right to make changes to these Rules, change the activation cost or terminate the Tariff Plan for new connections, having notified the Subscribers of this by posting an announcement on the website www.fregat.com no later than 7 (seven) calendar days before such changes take effect.
7.2
In all other matters not provided for by these Rules, the parties are governed by the Public Agreement and the current legislation of Ukraine.
