Promotion Organizer (Supplier): Limited Liability Company «INTRA.COM» (hereinafter — LLC «INTRA.COM»), included in the Register of Providers of Electronic Communication Networks and Services under number 4268 and providing electronic communication services under the Trademark (TM) FREGAT.
1.2
Subscriber (Promotion Participant): A natural person (end user) who has reached the age of 18, resides within the Promotion Territory and has concluded a Public Agreement on the provision of electronic communication services with LLC «INTRA.COM».
1.3
Electronic communication service (Service): The Internet access service provided by the Organizer.
1.4
Fixed-term tariff plans covered by the promotion terms: The tariff plans “GPON Gigabit” and “GPON Start”, which have a limited term (12 calendar months) and a fixed cost of services, activated by the Subscriber within this Promotion.
1.5
Terminal (end) equipment: The subscriber optical terminal ONU PON (Optical Network Unit), intended to convert the optical signal into an electrical one.
1.6
Promotion activation period: From 10 July 2026 to 30 September 2026 inclusive. This is the period during which applications for connection to the network on the terms of the fixed-term tariff plans are accepted.

ELIGIBILITY TO PARTICIPATE IN THE PROMOTION
2.1
The terms of this promotional offer regarding connection to fixed-term tariff plans apply exclusively to natural persons who:
2.1.1
Reside in residential premises (apartments) in multi-apartment buildings that have never previously been connected to the TM FREGAT electronic communication network.
2.1.2
Are former subscribers of TM FREGAT, provided that electronic communication services from LLC «INTRA.COM» were not actually provided at the specified address, and the personal account was inactive for 3 (three) or more months prior to the date of the application.
2.2
The Promotion terms do not apply to legal entities and individual entrepreneurs (FOP) intending to use the Service for commercial or industrial purposes.

PROMOTION TERRITORY AND TECHNICAL CONDITIONS
3.1
The Promotion applies exclusively in multi-apartment residential buildings within the following localities:
3.1.1
Dnipropetrovsk region: the cities of Dnipro, Samar, Kamianske, Kryvyi Rih, Zhovti Vody, Synelnykove, the villages of Cherkaske and Zarichne.
3.1.2
Zaporizhzhia region: the city of Zaporizhzhia.
3.1.3
Cherkasy region: the city of Cherkasy.
3.1.4
Poltava region: the city of Kremenchuk, the village of Suprunivka.
3.2
A mandatory condition for connecting to the fixed-term tariff plans is the actual technical feasibility of connecting the Subscriber’s terminal equipment to the LLC «INTRA.COM» electronic communication network using GPON or EPON technologies at the specific address indicated in the application.
4
PARAMETERS OF THE FIXED-TERM TARIFF PLANS AND CONNECTION PROCEDURE
All subscribers who successfully submit an application during the Promotion activation period obtain the right to use the fixed-term tariff plans “GPON Gigabit” or “GPON Start” on the following terms:

4.2
The cost of the initial connection to the network under the promotional tariffs is 0,01 UAH incl. VAT.
This cost includes: laying the fiber-optic cable from the LLC «INTRA.COM» distribution box to the entry into the Subscriber’s premises (apartment), as well as installation of up to 10 meters of cable inside the Subscriber’s premises.
*Installation and the cost of the optical cable inside the Subscriber’s premises beyond the limit (more than 10 meters) is paid additionally by the Subscriber at the rate of 10,00 UAH incl. VAT per 1 (one) meter.

BILLING POLICY AND SETTLEMENT PROCEDURE
5.1
Mandatory initial payment. Within 24 hours from the moment of the actual connection to the network, the Subscriber is obliged to make a one-time payment:
5.1.1
For the “GPON Gigabit” tariff — 150,01 UAH (0,01 UAH connection cost + 150,00 UAH cost of services for the first month).
5.1.2
For the “GPON Start” tariff — 130,01 UAH (0,01 UAH connection cost + 130,00 UAH cost of services for the first month).
5.2
The cost of services under the chosen fixed-term tariff plan applies to 1 (one) full calendar month — from the 1st to the last day of the current month.
5.3
Reservation and charging mechanism:
Funds in the amount of the cost of services under the tariff plan are automatically reserved on the Subscriber’s personal account at 00:00 on the 1st day of the calendar month preceding the billing month, and/or directly on the date of the actual crediting of funds from the Subscriber to the account of LLC «INTRA.COM» in such month.
The actual charging of the cost of services is carried out on the last day of the calendar month preceding the billing month.
If at the moment of automatic charging the amount on the Subscriber’s account is less than the established tariff, access to the Internet is automatically blocked by the Organizer until the required amount is fully paid.
5.4
If the actual connection to the network and the first authorization did not occur on the 1st day of the month, the cost of services for the first month is calculated based on the actual number of calendar days from the date of the first authorization to the last date of such month.

TECHNICAL CONDITIONS AND RULES FOR USING THE EQUIPMENT
6.1
Requirements for the Subscriber’s equipment: To ensure a wireless (Wi-Fi) data transfer speed of up to 1 Gbps under the “GPON Gigabit” fixed-term tariff, the Subscriber is obliged to independently provide their own router whose physical LAN ports have a speed of at least 1 Gbps.
6.2
LLC «INTRA.COM» provides the Subscriber with terminal equipment — the subscriber terminal ONU PON — for temporary use for the entire period of receiving the Service. The terminal is the property of LLC «INTRA.COM».
6.3
In the event of termination of the agreement or refusal of the Service, the Subscriber is obliged to return the ONU PON terminal to the Organizer in working and complete condition.
In the event of loss, damage, incomplete configuration or failure to return the device, the Subscriber is obliged to pay LLC «INTRA.COM» its full compensation value in the amount of 600,00 UAH (six hundred hryvnias 00 kopecks).

TERM OF THE TARIFF PLANS AND AUTOMATIC TRANSITION
7.1
The fixed term of the tariff plans “GPON Gigabit” or “GPON Start” for the Subscriber is 12 calendar months, starting from the month following the month of the first authorization in the network. The fixed-term tariff plans are activated for the Subscriber once at the moment of connection.
7.2
Upon completion of the 12-month term of the fixed-term tariff plan, all Subscribers are automatically (by default) transferred to standard commercial terms without additional notice:
7.2.1
After the “GPON Gigabit” tariff ends in Dnipro — to the standard tariff “Unlimited GPON”; in other cities — to the current standard GPON-version tariff with a speed of 1000 Mbps according to the city of connection.
7.2.2
After the “GPON Start” tariff ends — to the current standard commercial EPON-version tariff with a speed of 300 Mbps according to the city of connection.

RESTRICTIONS AND ADDITIONAL RIGHTS OF THE ORGANIZER
8.1
The “Rewards” program, as well as the “Line Suspension” service option (temporary suspension of service provision), are completely unavailable for activation throughout the entire 12-month period of using the fixed-term promotional tariff plans.
8.2
Activation of the additional option «Static IP address» is carried out at the Subscriber’s request on standard commercial terms in accordance with the current price list of LLC «INTRA.COM».
8.3
LLC «INTRA.COM» reserves the exclusive right to refuse any person the provision of the Service or connection on the terms of this Promotion without giving reasons, in particular in the event of detected fraud, the absence of technical feasibility at the specified address, or the applicant’s non-compliance with these Rules.
8.4
LLC «INTRA.COM» reserves the right to make changes to these Rules, change the terms of the Promotion or terminate it early by publishing an updated version of the Rules on the official website of TM FREGAT 7 calendar days before they take effect.

2.1
The purpose of the Promotion is to increase the number of subscribers of LLC «INTRA.COM», attract consumers’ attention and stimulate demand for the services provided by the Promotion Initiator within its commercial activities.
03
Promotion participants
3.1
All legally capable, adult natural persons, citizens of Ukraine, who permanently reside in buildings of the multi-storey sector within the territory where services are provided by the Promotion Organizer or a third party under the FREGAT trademark, as well as former subscribers of the said service providers (who have not used the services for 3 or more months), have the right to participate in the Promotion; hereinafter referred to as the «Participants».
3.2
Employees and representatives of the Organizer/Initiator, affiliated persons, family members of such employees, representatives, and other persons directly involved in organizing and/or conducting this Promotion, as well as members of their families, are prohibited from participating in the Promotion. Persons whose rights and/or legal capacity are restricted by the state may not participate.
3.3
The Promotion terms may not be applied to persons who reside together with current or former users of the TM FREGAT Services at an address where the service was previously or is currently provided, except where such services were provided more than 3 (three) months before the date of the potential subscriber-participant’s application.

Main provisions of the Promotion
4.1
The Promotion is held in the territory of Dnipro, Cherkasy, Samar, Zaporizhzhia, Kamianske, Kryvyi Rih, Zhovti Vody, Poltava, Verkhnodniprovsk, Kremenchuk, Synelnykove, the village of Yavornytske, the village of Cherkaske, the village of Zarichne, Poltava region — the village of Stepne, the village of Suprunivka, the village of Bilyky, the village of Zhuky, the village of Yaresky, the village of Orikhivka, the village of Tereshky, the city of Karlivka, the city of Zinkiv — multi-apartment buildings where technical feasibility of connection is present, from 01 September 2025 to 31 August 2026 (hereinafter – the «Promotion Period»).

General terms and procedure for participation in the Promotion
5.1
To obtain the status of «Promotion Participant», during the Promotion period one must express the desire to participate in the Promotion and conclude with LLC «INTRA.COM» an agreement on the provision of electronic communication services on the terms of the chosen tariff plan/promotion.
5.2
Subject to signing the agreement on the terms of the Promotion, the subscriber obtains the right to connect to the network on the following terms:
5.2.1. The connection cost of the “Nothing Extra” tariff plan is 0,01 hryvnias incl. VAT. (The cost of the cable up to the entry into the subscriber’s premises and 10 meters inside the premises is included in the connection cost; the cost of cable inside the subscriber’s premises beyond 10 meters is paid additionally at the rate of 10,00 UAH incl. VAT per 1 meter).
5.2.2. The subscription fee for the “Nothing Extra” tariff plan is 100,00 (one hundred) hryvnias per month incl. VAT for one calendar month during the period from the first to the sixth month of use, Internet access speed — up to 100 Mbps (download/upload), with no traffic volume limit.
5.2.3. For subscribers in Dnipro, the subscription fee for the “Nothing Extra” tariff plan is 200,00 (two hundred) hryvnias per month incl. VAT for one calendar month during the period from the seventh to the eighth month of use, Internet access speed — up to 100 Mbps (download/upload), with no traffic volume limit.
5.2.4. Under the tariff plan, the subscriber must make a one-time payment, within no later than 24 hours from the moment of connection to the network, of a sum in the amount of 100,01 UAH incl. VAT — the connection cost and the subscription fee for the first month of use.
5.2.5. The term of the “Nothing Extra” tariff plan for subscribers in Dnipro is 8 months, for subscribers in other promotion cities — 6 months, starting from the month following the month of the first authorization.
5.3. All subscribers who submitted a connection application during the period from 17 October to 10 November 2025; 15.01.2026 to 28.02.2026; from 16.04.2026 to 30.06.2026 obtain the right to use the “Nothing Extra 50” tariff plan, in which the subscription fee is 50,00 (fifty) hryvnias per month incl. VAT for one calendar month during the period from the first to the sixth month of use inclusive, Internet access speed — up to 100 Mbps (download/upload), with no traffic volume limit. All other terms of using the service correspond to the "Nothing Extra" tariff plan. From the seventh month, Subscribers in Dnipro will be automatically transferred to the "Nothing Extra" tariff plan.
5.4. The “Nothing Extra” tariff is activated for the subscriber once at the moment of connection to the Fregat network.
5.5. After the expiry of the tariff plan term, all subscribers will by default be automatically transferred to the Internet service tariffs: Dnipro — ”Gold”, within the technical feasibility of GPON connection to the “Unlimited GPON” tariff; other cities — transition to the “Platinum” tariff plan, within the technical feasibility of GPON connection to a GPON-version tariff with a speed of 100 Mbps according to the city of connection.
5.6. The “Ultra” services, the “Rewards” program and “Line Suspension” are not available for activation on promotional tariff plans.
5.7. Activation of the Static IP option within the promotion is available on standard terms.
5.8. The subscription fee for the chosen tariff plan applies to 1 calendar month — from the 1st to the last day of the current calendar month. 5.9
The Promotion Organizer reserves the right to refuse to provide the service without giving a reason or in case of non-compliance with these rules, as well as all other rights.

4.1
The Promotion is held in the territory of Dnipro, Samar, Kamianske, Kremenchuk, where technical feasibility of connection via GPON technology is present, for residents of multi-apartment buildings, from 01 September 2025 to 31 August 2026 (hereinafter – the «Promotion Period»).

5.1
To obtain the status of «Promotion Participant», during the Promotion period one must express the desire to participate in the Promotion and conclude with LLC «INTRA.COM» an agreement on the provision of electronic communication services on the terms of the chosen tariff plan/promotion.
5.2
Subject to signing the agreement on the terms of the Promotion, the subscriber obtains the right to connect to the network on the following terms:
5.2.1
The connection cost of the “No Worries” tariff plan is 1496,00 hryvnias incl. VAT. (the cost of the cable up to the entry into the subscriber’s premises and 10 meters inside the premises is included in the connection cost; the cost of cable inside the subscriber’s premises beyond 10 meters is paid additionally at the rate of 10,00 UAH incl. VAT per 1 meter. Also, after connection the subscriber is provided with a configured router (Wi-Fi router) for 01,00 UAH incl. VAT.
5.2.2
The subscription fee for the “No Worries” tariff plan is 01,00 (one) hryvnia per month incl. VAT for one calendar month during the period from the first to the third month of use, Internet access speed — up to 1000 Mbps (download/upload), with no traffic volume limit.
5.2.3
The term of the “No Worries” tariff plan is 3 months, starting from the month following the month of the first authorization.
5.3
Under the tariff plan, the subscriber must make a one-time payment, within no later than 24 hours from the moment of connection to the network, of a sum in the amount of 1500,00 UAH incl. VAT (connection cost, router cost, cost of Internet access services for the period of the “NO WORRIES” tariff plan). In case of delay of the payment terms specified in this clause, the Subscriber pays the Promotion Organizer a penalty in the amount of 1500,00 hryvnias.

5.5
The subscription fee for the chosen tariff plan applies to 1 calendar month — from the 1st to the last day of the current calendar month. The subscription fee is reserved on the subscriber’s account at 00:00 on the 1st day of the calendar month preceding the billing month, and/or on the date of the actual crediting of funds from the Subscriber to the account of the electronic communication services supplier in such month. The subscription fee is charged on the last day of the calendar month preceding the billing month. If at the moment of charging there are insufficient funds on the subscriber’s account, Internet access is blocked until the required amount is received. If connection to the network occurs not on the 1st day of the month, the subscription fee for the month of connection is calculated based on the actual number of days from the date of the first authorization to the last date of such month.
5.6
To receive the service via GPON technology, the Provider provides the subscriber with terminal equipment for the term of using the Service — the subscriber terminal ONU PON.
5.7
In the event of refusal to use the Service, the subscriber shall:
5.7.1
Return to the provider the subscriber terminal ONU PON in working and complete condition. 5.7.2. In case of the impossibility of returning the device or its incomplete configuration, or a faulty condition of the device — compensate its value in the amount of 600,00 UAH.

The “No Worries” tariff is activated for the subscriber once at the moment of connection to the Fregat network.

After the expiry of the tariff plan term, all subscribers will by default be automatically transferred to the Internet service tariffs: Dnipro — Unlimited GPON, other cities — to GPON-version tariffs with a speed of up to 1000 Mbps according to the city of connection.

Main provisions of the Promotion
4.1
The Promotion is held in the territory of the city of Zhovti Vody, the city of Samar and the Samar district, the city of Synelnykove, the Petrykivka district, the village of Bilyky, the village of Zhuky of Poltava region, where LLC «INTRA.COM» has the technical feasibility of providing electronic communication services, from 01 August 2023 to 31 August 2026 inclusive (hereinafter – the «Promotion Period»).

Promotion bonuses
5.1
Subject to connection on the terms of the promotion and the subscriber’s payment of the network connection cost, bonuses in the amount of 1360 units, equivalent to 1360,00 hryvnias, are credited to the Subscriber’s personal account, which the Subscriber may use exclusively to pay for the electronic communication services of the Promotion Organizer. The bonuses are not converted into the national currency of Ukraine, are not paid out to the Subscriber and may be used exclusively as payment for the Internet access services of the promotion organizer.

Procedure for receiving the Promotion bonuses
6.1
To be able to receive the bonuses, it is necessary to:
6.1.1
Obtain information on the availability of technical feasibility of connection at the specified address to the Internet and submit an application for connection to the LLC «INTRA.COM» network by phone (098, 099) 734 44 44 (call cost according to the tariffs of the communication operators of the caller) or on the website fregat.com.
6.1.2
Agree on the date and time of the visit of LLC «INTRA.COM» specialists to the connection address to carry out the physical connection to the network.
6.1.3
The terms for crediting the bonuses provided for in clause 5.1 of the rules — immediately — automatically upon activation in the Organizer’s network and subject to payment of the network connection cost.
6.2
Replacement of bonuses with any other benefits or gifts is not allowed; the bonuses are not subject to conversion into monetary units and are not paid out to the Subscriber.
6.3
The Participant has no right to transfer/assign the right to receive the bonuses to a third party.

General terms and procedure for participation in the Promotion
7.1
To obtain the status of «Promotion Participant», during the Promotion period one must express the desire to participate in the Promotion and conclude with LLC «INTRA.COM» an agreement on the provision of electronic communication services on the terms of the promotion.
7.2
Subject to signing the agreement on the terms of this promotion, the Subscriber is connected to the «WHOOSH» tariff plan, in which the Internet access speed is up to 300 Mbps with no traffic limit (download/upload). The cost of services under the said tariff plan is 340,00 (three hundred forty) hryvnias per month. The cost of connecting the Subscriber to the network is 999,00 hryvnias incl. VAT (the cost of cable inside the Subscriber’s building is paid additionally), which must be paid within 24 hours from the date of connection.
7.3
To receive the service via PON technology, the Provider provides the subscriber with terminal equipment for the term of using the Service — the subscriber terminal ONU PON.
7.4
To ensure a wireless Internet speed of up to 300 Mbps, the subscriber must have a router with a LAN port speed of at least 1 Gbps.
7.5. In the event of refusal to use the Service, the subscriber shall:

In case of the impossibility of returning the device or its incomplete configuration, or a faulty condition of the device — compensate its value in the amount of 900,00 UAH.
After connection, the tariff for subscribers is fixed at 340,00 UAH per month until the date the tariff plan cost is changed by the Provider.
Transition from the «Whoosh» tariff plan to any other current tariff plan is possible according to the rules of the current tariffs, but not earlier than the accrued bonuses have been used by the Subscriber in full. The «WHOOSH» tariff plan is set for the subscriber once at connection.
If the subscriber is connected to the service in the middle of the month, the first month is charged proportionally to the remaining number of days of the service used in that month.
The rewards program and line suspension are unavailable within the «Whoosh» tariff plan.
Static IP activation is available. It can be ordered through the Personal Account — Services List — Options — Order.
The term of connection to the LLC «INTRA.COM» Internet network for promotion participants may be up to 14 calendar days after submitting a connection application by phone 0987344444, 0997344444, on the website or at the subscriber department, subject to the availability of technical feasibility of connection.
The Promotion customer reserves the right to extend or shorten the terms of the promotion, as well as to change the terms of its conduct, subject to notifying subscribers of such changes by posting information on the website www.fregat.com.
In the event of a situation allowing for an ambiguous interpretation of these Rules, any disputes and/or issues not regulated by these Rules shall be finally decided by the Promotion Organizer. The Organizer’s decision is final and not subject to appeal.
By participating in the Promotion, all Promotion Participants fully agree with these Rules and undertake to comply with them.
LLC «INTRA.COM» reserves all rights. In particular, LLC «INTRA.COM» has the right to refuse the Subscriber the right to participate in the «WHOOSH» promotion if, at the address per the connection application, a connection to the LLC «INTRA.COM» network had previously already been established, as well as for any other reason without explanation.
Together with the «WHOOSH» promotion, the standard connection terms and other promotions that do not require visiting the office and signing an additional agreement at connection remain in effect. The Subscriber has the right to choose the connection method, but simultaneous participation in two promotions is not possible; the promotions are not cumulative.
Participation in the Promotion automatically implies familiarization with and full agreement of the Promotion Participants with these rules.

2.1
The purpose of the Promotion is to increase the number of subscribers of LLC «INTRA.COM», attract consumers’ attention and stimulate demand for the services provided by the Promotion Initiator within its commercial activities.
3
Promotion participants.
3.1. All legally capable, adult natural persons, citizens of Ukraine, who permanently reside in buildings of the multi-storey sector in the territory of Dnipro and Dnipropetrovsk region, Samar, Kamianske, Kremenchuk, Synelnykove, Kryvyi Rih, in the coverage area of the promotion organizer — LLC «INTRA.COM», where technical feasibility of connection to the “Get Gigabit” tariff is present, and who wish to connect to the Internet from Fregat and reside in apartments that were not previously connected to the TM FREGAT electronic communication networks, as well as former subscribers (who have not used the services for 3 or more months), have the right to participate in the Promotion; hereinafter referred to as the «Participants».
3.2
Employees and representatives of the Organizer/Initiator, affiliated persons, family members of such employees, representatives, and other persons directly involved in organizing and/or conducting this Promotion, as well as members of their families, are prohibited from participating in the Promotion. Persons whose rights and/or legal capacity are restricted by the state may not participate.
3.3
The Promotion terms may not be applied to persons who reside together with current or former users of the TM FREGAT Services at an address where the service was previously or is currently provided, except where such services were provided more than 3 (three) months before the date of the potential subscriber-participant’s application.

Main provisions of the Promotion
4.1
The Promotion is held in the territory of Dnipro and Dnipropetrovsk region, Samar, Kamianske, Kremenchuk, in the coverage area of the promotion organizer — LLC «INTRA.COM», where technical feasibility of connection to the “Get Gigabit” tariff is present, from 01 March 2024 to 31 August 2026 (hereinafter – the «Promotion Period»).

General terms and procedure for participation in the Promotion
5.1
To obtain the status of «Promotion Participant», during the Promotion period one must express the desire to participate in the Promotion and conclude with LLC «INTRA.COM» an agreement on the provision of electronic communication services on the terms of the promotion and on the terms of the chosen tariff plan.
5.2
The subscription fee for the “Get Gigabit” tariff plan is 120,00 UAH per month incl. VAT for one calendar month during the period from the first to the sixth month of use, Internet access speed — up to 1 Gbps (download/upload), with no traffic volume limit.
The subscription fee for the “Get Gigabit” tariff plan is 250,00 UAH per month incl. VAT for one calendar month during the period from the seventh to the twelfth month of use, Internet access speed — up to 1 Gbps (download/upload), with no traffic volume limit.
The connection cost of the “Get Gigabit” tariff plan is 100,00 UAH incl. VAT.
When connecting on the terms of the promotion, the subscriber must make a one-time payment, within no later than 24 hours from the moment of connection to the network, of a sum in the amount of 100,00 UAH incl. VAT — the connection cost, and 120,00 UAH incl. VAT — the subscription fee for the first month of use.
The special condition «Test Drive» for connecting to the «Get Gigabit» promotion is available for all subscribers who submitted a connection application during the period from 16 October 2025 to 15 January 2026; from 23 March 2026 to 30 April 2026, and provides for connection of the «Test Drive» tariff plan on the following terms:
The subscription fee for the «Test Drive» tariff plan is 1,00 UAH per month incl. VAT for one calendar month in the first month of use, Internet access speed — up to 1 Gbps (download/upload), with no traffic volume limit.
The subscription fee for the «Test Drive» tariff plan is 120,00 UAH per month incl. VAT for one calendar month during the period from the second to the seventh month of use, Internet access speed — up to 1 Gbps (download/upload), with no traffic volume limit.
The subscription fee for the «Test Drive» tariff plan is 250,00 UAH per month incl. VAT for one calendar month during the period from the eighth to the thirteenth month of use, Internet access speed — up to 1 Gbps (download/upload), with no traffic volume limit.
The connection cost of the «Test Drive» tariff plan is 0,01 UAH incl. VAT.
Under the «Test Drive» tariff plan, the subscriber must make a one-time payment, within no later than 24 hours from the moment of connection, in the amount of 1 UAH incl. VAT.
5.6
The connection is implemented via GPON technology in the technical feasibility area of the promotion organizer at the specific connection address.
5.7
To receive the service via GPON technology, the Provider provides the subscriber with terminal equipment for the term of using the Service — the subscriber terminal ONU PON. In the event of refusal to use the Service, the subscriber shall:
a) Return to the provider the subscriber terminal ONU PON in working and complete condition.
b) In case of the impossibility of returning the device or its incomplete configuration, or a faulty condition of the device — compensate its value in the amount of 600,00 UAH.
5.8
To ensure a wireless Internet speed of up to 1 Gbps, the subscriber must have a router with a LAN port speed of 1 Gbps.
5.9
The term of the “Get Gigabit” tariff plan is 12 (twelve) full calendar months, starting from the month following the month of the first activation in the Internet network.
5.10
The subscription fee for the chosen tariff plan applies to one calendar month — from the 1st to the last day of the current calendar month. The subscription fee is reserved on the subscriber’s account at 00:00 on the 1st day of the calendar month preceding the billing month, and/or on the date of the actual crediting of funds from the Subscriber to the Provider’s account in such month. The subscription fee is charged on the last day of the calendar month preceding the billing month. If at the moment of charging there are insufficient funds on the subscriber’s account, Internet access is blocked until the required amount is received. If connection to the network occurs not on the 1st day of the month, the subscription fee for the month of connection is calculated based on the actual number of days from the date of the first authorization to the last date of such month.
5.11
Transition to a tariff with a speed lower than 1 Gbps is not available.
5.12
After the expiry of the tariff plan term, subscribers using the services in the technical feasibility area of GPON connection will by default be automatically transferred to the Internet service tariffs — ” Unlimited GPON (Dnipro)”, GPON 1000 (Samar), GPON 1000 (Kamianske), GPON 1000 (Kremenchuk), GPON 1000 (Synelnykove), GPON 1000 (Kryvyi Rih).
5.13. The “Ultra” and “Line Suspension” services are not available for activation on promotional tariff plans. Activation of the Static IP option within the promotion is available on standard terms.

5.2
Subject to signing the agreement on the terms of this promotion, the Subscriber is connected to the “COUNTRY HOUSE” tariff plan, which provides Internet access on the following terms:
During the period from 01 April 2026 to 31 October 2026, the subscription fee for the «Country House» tariff plan is 140,00 UAH per month incl. VAT, Internet access speed — up to 100 Mbps (download/upload), with no traffic volume limit.
During the period from 01 November 2025 to 31 March 2026, the subscription fee for the «Country House» tariff plan is 40,00 UAH per month incl. VAT, Internet access speed — up to 5 Mbps (download/upload), with no traffic volume limit.
The cost of connection to the network is 0,01 UAH incl. VAT. The cost includes all work on laying the cable up to the entry into the subscriber’s house*. (*The cost of the cable up to the entry into the subscriber’s house, if its length does not exceed 150 meters, is included in the connection cost; the cost of cable inside the subscriber’s house and cable up to the entry into the subscriber’s house beyond 150 meters is paid additionally at the rate of 12,00 UAH incl. VAT per 1 meter of cable). If it is necessary to carry out work on laying cable inside the subscriber’s premises, the cost of such work is agreed individually and paid additionally.
To receive the service via GPON «Fiber to the home» technology, the Operator provides the subscriber with terminal equipment for the term of using the Service — the subscriber terminal ONU PON.
5.4
When connecting on promotional terms according to the current rules, the subscriber unconditionally accepts and undertakes to fulfill the following obligations:
Under the tariff plan, the subscriber must make a one-time payment, within no later than 24 hours from the moment of connection to the network, of a sum in the amount of 140,01 UAH incl. VAT (if the connection is made during the period from 01 April 2026 to 31 October 2026) or in the amount of 40,01 UAH incl. VAT (if the connection is made during the period from 01 November 2025 to 31 March 2026) — the connection cost and the subscription fee for the first month of use.
In the event of refusal to use the Service, the subscriber shall: 1) Return to the provider the subscriber terminal ONU PON in working and complete condition. 2) In case of the impossibility of returning the device or its incomplete configuration, or a faulty condition of the device — compensate its value in the amount of 600,00 UAH.
Activation of a static IP address is available on standard terms. It can be ordered through the Personal Account — Services List — Options — Order.

- The subscription fee for the «At Home» tariff plan is 250,00 UAH per month incl. VAT during the period from the seventh to the twelfth month of use, Internet access speed — up to 100 Mbps (download/upload), with no traffic volume limit.
- The cost of connection to the network is 0,01 UAH incl. VAT. The cost includes all work on laying the cable up to the entrance to the subscriber’s house* (*up to 150 meters of cable; if cable consumption exceeds the specified length, the subscriber pays additionally at the rate of 12,00 UAH incl. VAT per 1 meter). If it is necessary to carry out work on laying cable inside the subscriber’s premises, the cost of such work is agreed individually and paid additionally.
Under the tariff plan, the subscriber must make a one-time payment, within no later than 24 hours from the moment of connection to the network, of a sum in the amount of 140,01 UAH incl. VAT — the connection cost and the subscription fee for the first month of use.
5.3
To receive the service via GPON «Fiber to the home» technology, the Operator provides the subscriber with terminal equipment for the term of using the Service — the subscriber terminal ONU PON.
5.4

Employees and representatives of the Organizer/Initiator, affiliated persons, family members of such employees, representatives, and other persons directly involved in organizing and/or conducting this Promotion, as well as members of their families, are prohibited from participating in the Promotion. Persons whose rights and/or legal capacity are restricted by the state may not participate.
3.3
The Promotion terms may not be applied to persons who reside together with current or former users of the TM FREGAT Services at an address where the service was previously or is currently provided, except where such services were provided more than 3 (three) months before the date of the potential subscriber-participant’s application.

Main provisions of the Promotion
4.1
The Promotion is in effect in Dnipro, Kamianske, Kremenchuk in the territory where technical feasibility of connection to the «Gigabit for Friends» tariff is present, from 15 August 2025 to 31 August 2026 (hereinafter – the «Promotion Period», which may be extended by the Organizer).

General terms and procedure for participation in the Promotion
5.1
To obtain the status of «Promotion Participant», during the Promotion period one must express the desire to participate in the Promotion and conclude with LLC «INTRA.COM» an agreement on the provision of electronic communication services on the terms of the promotion and on the terms of the chosen tariff plan — «Gigabit for Friends».
5.2
Subject to signing the agreement on the terms of this promotion, the Subscriber is connected to the “GIGABIT FOR FRIENDS” tariff plan, which provides Internet access on the following terms:
5.2.1
The subscription fee for the «Gigabit for Friends» tariff plan is 199,00 UAH per month incl. VAT during the period from the first to the sixth month of use, Internet access speed — up to 1000 Mbps (download/upload), with no traffic volume limit.
5.2.2
The cost of connection to the network is 0,01 UAH incl. VAT. The cost includes all work on laying the cable up to the entrance to the subscriber’s house (up to 150 meters of cable; if cable consumption exceeds the specified length, the subscriber pays additionally at the rate of 12,00 UAH incl. VAT per 1 meter). If it is necessary to carry out work on laying cable inside the subscriber’s premises, the cost of such work is agreed individually and paid additionally.
5.2.3
Under the tariff plan, the subscriber must make a one-time payment, within no later than 24 hours from the moment of connection to the network, of a sum in the amount of 199,01 UAH incl. VAT — the connection cost and the subscription fee for the first month of use.
5.3
To receive the service via GPON technology. The Operator provides the subscriber with terminal equipment for the term of using the Service — the subscriber terminal ONU PON.
5.4
In the event of refusal to use the Service, the subscriber shall:
1)
Return to the provider the subscriber terminal ONU PON in working and complete condition. 2) In case of the impossibility of returning the device or its incomplete configuration, or a faulty condition of the device — compensate its value in the amount of 600,00 UAH.

To ensure a wireless Internet speed of up to 1 Gbps, a Wi-Fi router with a LAN port speed of 1 Gbps is required.

The term of the «Gigabit for Friends» tariff plan is 6 months, starting from the month following the month of the first authorization.

After the end of the established period of using the service (6 months), subscribers will by default be automatically transferred to the «Fine 1000» tariff.

The subscription fee for the chosen tariff plan applies to 1 calendar month — from the 1st to the last day of the current calendar month. The subscription fee is reserved on the subscriber’s account at 00:00 on the 1st day of the calendar month preceding the billing month, and/or on the date of the actual crediting of funds from the Subscriber to the Provider’s account in such month. The subscription fee is charged on the last day of the calendar month preceding the billing month. If at the moment of charging there are insufficient funds on the subscriber’s account, Internet access is blocked until the required amount is received. If connection to the network occurs not on the 1st day of the month, the subscription fee for the month of connection is calculated based on the actual number of days from the date of the first authorization to the last date of such month.

The rewards program and line suspension are unavailable within the «Gigabit for Friends» tariff plan.

Static IP activation is available. It can be ordered through the Personal Account — Services List — Options — Order.

The Promotion Organizer reserves the right to change the terms of this promotion, including changing the amount of the subscription fee in the promotional tariff, changing the terms of the promotion and all other rights related to the mechanics of the present promotion, of which it notifies additionally.

The Promotion Organizer reserves the right to refuse to provide the service without giving a reason or in case of non-compliance with these rules, as well as all other rights.

RULES FOR THE APPLICATION OF THE «YEAR TOGETHER» TARIFF PLAN (v.11)
(Special terms for the provision of services for multi-storey buildings)
01
General provisions
1.1
These Rules determine the procedure and terms for the provision of Internet access services under the «Year Together» tariff plan (hereinafter — the Tariff Plan) by the electronic communication services supplier LLC «INTRA.COM» (hereinafter — the Supplier), trademark Fregat.
1.2
The Rules have been developed in accordance with the Law of Ukraine «On Electronic Communications», the Rules for the Provision and Receipt of Electronic Communication Services (Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 101) and the Public Agreement.
1.3
The Tariff Plan is fixed-term and provides for special billing terms for 12 (twelve) calendar months from the moment of activation.
1.4
The access speed in this Tariff Plan does not depend on the volume of traffic consumed.

Territory of application and activation cost
2.1
The terms of the Tariff Plan apply to subscribers (natural persons) who reside in multi-storey residential buildings within the coverage areas of the Supplier’s network.
2.2
Cost of activating the Tariff Plan (one-time advance payment):
Zone «Region»: 1987,00 UAH incl. VAT (cities: Pavlohrad, Cherkasy, Samar, Zaporizhzhia, Kamianske, Kryvyi Rih, Zhovti Vody, Poltava, Verkhnodniprovsk, Kremenchuk, Synelnykove; villages: Yavornytske, Cherkaske, Zarichne; Poltava region: the village of Stepne, the village of Suprunivka, the village of Bilyky, the village of Zhuky, the village of Yaresky, the village of Orikhivka, the village of Tereshky, the city of Karlivka, the city of Zinkiv).
Zone «Dnipro»: 2987,00 UAH incl. VAT (the city of Dnipro).
2.3
Activation of the tariff is carried out by charging the full cost (in accordance with clause 2.2 of these Rules) from the Subscriber’s personal account at the moment of ordering the service.

Description of billing parameters
3.1
Access speed: up to 100 Mbps (download/upload).
3.2
Subscription fee: 1,00 (one) hryvnia per month incl. VAT.
3.3
The term of the «Year Together» tariff plan, access to which is provided subject to full payment of the activation cost in accordance with clause 2.2 of these Rules, is 12 (twelve) full calendar months, calculated from the 1st day of the month following the month in which the first authorization occurred.
3.4
After the end of the 12-month term, the Subscriber is automatically transferred to the current standard tariff plan according to the city and connection technology (similar to the transition to the v.12 series tariffs in the cities of Pavlohrad, Cherkasy, Samar, Zaporizhzhia, Kamianske, Kryvyi Rih, Zhovti Vody, Poltava, Verkhnodniprovsk, Kremenchuk, Synelnykove; villages: Yavornytske, Cherkaske, Zarichne; Poltava region: the village of Stepne, the village of Suprunivka, the village of Bilyky, the village of Zhuky, the village of Yaresky, the village of Orikhivka, the village of Tereshky, the city of Karlivka, the city of Zinkiv and v.11 in the city of Dnipro) or may re-activate the “Year Together” tariff plan on the terms current as of the date of re-activation. The number of subsequent activations is unlimited.

Settlement procedure
4.1
A monthly billing model is used. The subscription fee is 1,00 UAH incl. VAT per month and is reserved at 00:00 on the 1st day of the month preceding the billing month.
4.2
The subscription fee is charged on the last day of the calendar month preceding the billing month.
4.3
In case of insufficient funds (less than 1,00 UAH) at the moment of charging, access to the network is blocked until the account is topped up.

Terminal equipment (EPON/GPON)
5.1
To receive services via EPON/GPON technology, the Supplier provides the Subscriber, for use for the term of the Tariff Plan, with the subscriber terminal ONU GPON.
5.2
In the event of termination of use of the Service, the Subscriber is obliged to return the terminal in working and complete condition.
5.3
In the event of loss or damage of the equipment, the Subscriber reimburses its value in the amount of 600,00 UAH incl. VAT.
06
Additional services
6.1
Line Suspension: During the 12 months of the tariff’s validity, the Subscriber has the right to use the suspension service once for a period of 1 calendar month without extending the tariff usage period.
6.2
Static IP address: Activation is available on the Supplier’s standard terms.
6.3
Loyalty program: Subscribers participate in the Supplier’s regular prize draws and incentive events (tickets, prizes) on equal terms with other users of the Fregat network.
07
Final provisions
7.1
The Supplier reserves the exclusive right to make changes to these Rules, change the activation cost or terminate the Tariff Plan for new connections, having notified the Subscribers of this by posting an announcement on the website www.fregat.com no later than 7 (seven) calendar days before such changes take effect.
7.2
In all other matters not provided for by these Rules, the parties are governed by the Public Agreement and the current legislation of Ukraine.
