General Provisions
1.1
These Rules for the provision of Internet access services (hereinafter — the Rules) define the procedure, conditions, and specifics of the provision of Internet access services by the electronic communications services provider LLC "INTRA.COM", trademark Fregat (hereinafter — the Provider), to subscribers (hereinafter — the Subscriber) within the Fregat v.12 tariff plans in the city of Kamianske.
1.2
These Rules have been developed in accordance with the requirements of the current legislation of Ukraine, in particular the Law of Ukraine «On Electronic Communications», the Law of Ukraine «On Consumer Rights Protection», the Rules for the Provision and Receipt of Electronic Communications Services, and other regulatory legal acts.
1.3
The Fregat v.12 tariff plans take effect and are valid from 1 February 2026 and may be applied at connection addresses in the multi-apartment sector where there is technical feasibility to provide the service.
1.4
The Internet access speed in the tariff plans does not depend on the amount of downloaded and/or transmitted data.

Platinum Tariff Plan (Fregat v.12)

The subscription fee is 200,00 (two hundred) UAH including VAT per month.
The Internet access speed does not depend on the amount of downloaded or transmitted data and is as follows:
  • maximum speed — 100 Mbps;
  • average actual speed — 80 Mbps;
  • minimum guaranteed speed — 50 Mbps.

The actual access speed may vary depending on the network's technical capabilities, the Subscriber's terminal equipment, the load on communication channels, and other factors beyond the Provider's control.

The tariff applies at connection addresses in the multi-apartment sector where there is technical feasibility to provide the service using twisted-pair technology.
2.2
EPON 100 Tariff Plan (Fregat v.12)

The subscription fee is 200,00 (two hundred) UAH including VAT per month.
The Internet access speed does not depend on the amount of downloaded or transmitted data and is as follows:
  • maximum speed — 100 Mbps;
  • average actual speed — 80 Mbps;
  • minimum guaranteed speed — 50 Mbps.

The actual access speed may vary depending on the network's technical capabilities, the Subscriber's terminal equipment, the load on communication channels, and other factors beyond the Provider's control.

The tariff applies at connection addresses in the multi-apartment sector where there is technical feasibility to provide the service using EPON technology.
2.2
GPON 100 Tariff Plan (Fregat v.12)

The subscription fee is 200,00 (two hundred) UAH including VAT per month.
The Internet access speed does not depend on the amount of downloaded or transmitted data and is as follows:
  • maximum speed — 100 Mbps;
  • average actual speed — 80 Mbps;
  • minimum guaranteed speed — 50 Mbps.

The actual access speed may vary depending on the network's technical capabilities, the Subscriber's terminal equipment, the load on communication channels, and other factors beyond the Provider's control.

The tariff applies at connection addresses in the multi-apartment sector where there is technical feasibility to provide the service using GPON technology.
2.3
GPON 1000 Tariff Plan (Fregat v.12)

The subscription fee is 300,00 (three hundred) UAH including VAT per month.
The Internet access speed does not depend on the amount of downloaded or transmitted data and is as follows:
  • maximum speed — 1000 Mbps;
  • average actual speed — 500 Mbps;
  • minimum guaranteed speed — 250 Mbps.

The actual access speed may vary depending on the network's technical capabilities, the Subscriber's terminal equipment, the load on communication channels, and other factors beyond the Provider's control.

The tariff applies at connection addresses in the multi-apartment sector where there is technical feasibility to provide the service using GPON technology.

Connection and Technical Works
3.1
The cost of connecting to any tariff plan, connecting a second line into an apartment using twisted-pair technology, or restoring a line where a cable and terminal equipment are already in place equals the cost of the selected tariff plan for one calendar month and includes laying up to 10 metres of cable; cable within the subscriber's premises exceeding 10 metres is paid for separately at the rate of 10,00 UAH including VAT per 1 metre).
3.2
The cost of connecting a second line into an apartment using EPON and GPON technology with installation of a second optical terminal is 600,00 (six hundred) UAH including VAT.
3.3
During promotions, special offers, or marketing campaigns, the connection cost may vary on the terms determined by the Provider.

Equipment Requirements
4.1
To ensure a wireless Internet access speed of up to 1000 Mbps, the Subscriber is recommended to use a Wi-Fi router with port speeds of at least 1 Gbps.
4.2
To receive services using GPON technology, the Provider grants the Subscriber, for the term of Service provision, the use of terminal equipment — a subscriber ONU PON terminal.
4.3
Upon termination of the use of the Service, the Subscriber is obliged to return the subscriber ONU PON terminal to the Provider in working, complete, and usable condition.
4.4
If the equipment cannot be returned, or is returned incomplete or faulty, the Subscriber reimburses its value in the amount of 600,00 UAH including VAT.

Billing and Settlement Procedure
5.1
The v.12 tariff plans use a monthly billing model.
5.2
The subscription fee for the selected tariff plan is set for one calendar month and applies to the period from the 1st to the last day of the corresponding calendar month.
5.3
Reservation of the subscription fee is carried out at 00:00 on the 1st day of the calendar month preceding the billing month, and/or on the date of actual crediting of funds from the Subscriber to the Provider's account in such month.
5.4
The subscription fee is charged on the last day of the calendar month preceding the billing month.
5.5
If there are insufficient funds in the Subscriber's personal account at the time the subscription fee is charged, access to the Internet is temporarily blocked until the required amount of funds is received.

Changing the Tariff Plan
6.1
For Subscribers on previous versions of tariff plans, switching to v.12 tariff plans is carried out without additional payments.
6.2
Switching from v.12 tariffs to previous tariff versions is not possible.
6.3
Switching between tariff plans within v.12 tariffs is carried out upon the Subscriber's request and at their choice, within the tariff plans available for connection at the Subscriber's address:
  • from the first day of the calendar month, or
  • from a date agreed between the Subscriber and the Provider within the current month of using the service. In this case, the fee for the previous tariff is charged up to and including the last day of its validity, and from the following day the calculation is made according to the cost of the tariff to which the switch was made.
6.4
The cost of switching from a tariff with a lower subscription fee to a tariff with a higher subscription fee is free of charge; in the reverse direction — 30 UAH one-time.

Additional Terms
7.1
The Subscriber may be provided with the option to activate a static IP address for a separate fee in accordance with the Provider's current tariffs. Activation of service suspension (freeze) and the loyalty programme are available under general terms.
7.2
The service is ordered through the Subscriber's Personal Account in the section: «Services list» — «Options» — «Order».

Final Provisions
8.1
The Provider has the right to amend these Rules and the tariff plans in the manner and on the terms determined by the current legislation of Ukraine, with mandatory prior notification of Subscribers.
8.2
All matters not regulated by these Rules are governed by the current legislation of Ukraine and the agreement for the provision of electronic communications services.

  • average actual — 340 Mbps;
  • minimum guaranteed — 220 Mbps.
2.3
«Fine 1000» Tariff Plan

Subscription fee: 425,00 (four hundred twenty-five) UAH per month, VAT included.
Internet access speed:
  • maximum — 1000 Mbps;
  • average actual — 500 Mbps;
  • minimum guaranteed — 250 Mbps.

The actual access speed may vary depending on the network's technical capabilities, the Subscriber's terminal equipment, the connection conditions, and other factors beyond the Provider's control.

Connection and Technical Works
3.1
The cost of connecting to any tariff plan or restoring a line where a cable and terminal equipment are already in place equals the cost of the selected tariff plan for one calendar month and includes laying up to 150 metres of cable.
3.2
During promotions, special offers, or marketing campaigns, the connection cost may vary on the terms determined by the Provider.
3.3
If cable exceeding the specified length is used, the connection cost is determined individually depending on the actual expenses.
3.4
If the Subscriber has a cable but lacks the necessary equipment, the connection cost is 600,00 (six hundred) UAH including VAT.
3.5
Relocation of the access line, where technically feasible, is carried out for a fee of 600,00 (six hundred) UAH including VAT.
3.6
The cost of connecting a second line into the premises with installation of a second optical terminal is 600,00 (six hundred) UAH including VAT.

  • average actual speed — 340 Mbps;
  • minimum guaranteed speed — 220 Mbps.

The actual access speed may vary depending on the network's technical capabilities, the Subscriber's terminal equipment, the load on communication channels, and other factors beyond the Provider's control.

The tariff applies at connection addresses in the multi-apartment sector where there is technical feasibility to provide the service using twisted-pair technology.
2.3
Gigabit from Fregat Tariff Plan (Fregat v.11)

The subscription fee is 395,00 (three hundred ninety-five) UAH including VAT per month.
The Internet access speed does not depend on the amount of downloaded or transmitted data and is as follows:
  • maximum speed — 1000 Mbps;
  • average actual speed — 500 Mbps;
  • minimum guaranteed speed — 250 Mbps.

The actual access speed may vary depending on the network's technical capabilities, the Subscriber's terminal equipment, the load on communication channels, and other factors beyond the Provider's control.

The tariff applies at connection addresses in the multi-apartment sector where there is technical feasibility to provide the service using twisted-pair technology.

The tariff is not available for new connections.
2.4
Unlimited GPON Tariff Plan (Fregat v.11)

The subscription fee is 300,00 (three hundred) UAH including VAT per month.
The Internet access speed does not depend on the amount of downloaded or transmitted data and is as follows:
  • maximum speed — 1000 Mbps;
  • average actual speed — 500 Mbps;
  • minimum guaranteed speed — 250 Mbps.

The actual access speed may vary depending on the network's technical capabilities, the Subscriber's terminal equipment, the load on communication channels, and other factors beyond the Provider's control.

The tariff applies at connection addresses in the multi-apartment sector where there is technical feasibility to provide the service using GPON technology.

Changing the Tariff Plan
5.1
For Subscribers on previous versions of tariff plans, switching to v.12 tariff plans is carried out without additional payments.
5.2
Switching from v.12 tariffs to previous tariff versions is not possible.
5.3
Switching between tariff plans within v.12 tariffs is carried out upon the Subscriber's request and at their choice:
  • from the first day of the calendar month, or
  • from a date agreed between the Subscriber and the Provider within the current month of using the service. In this case, the fee for the previous tariff is charged up to and including the last day of its validity, and from the following day the calculation is made according to the cost of the tariff to which the switch was made.
5.4
The cost of switching from a tariff with a lower subscription fee to a tariff with a higher subscription fee is free of charge; in the reverse direction — 30 UAH one-time.

Billing and Settlement Procedure
6.1
The v.12 tariff plans use a monthly billing model.
6.2
The subscription fee for the selected tariff plan is set for one calendar month and applies to the period from the 1st to the last day of the corresponding calendar month.
6.3
Reservation of the subscription fee is carried out at 00:00 on the 1st day of the calendar month preceding the billing month, and/or on the date of actual crediting of funds from the Subscriber to the Provider's account in such month.
6.4
The subscription fee is charged on the last day of the calendar month preceding the billing month.
6.5
If there are insufficient funds in the Subscriber's personal account at the time the subscription fee is charged, access to the Internet is temporarily blocked until the required amount of funds is received.

7.1
The Subscriber may be provided with the option to connect a static IP address in accordance with the Provider's current tariffs. Activation of service suspension (freeze) and the loyalty programme are available under general terms.

  • minimum guaranteed speed — 250 Mbps.

The tariff applies at connection addresses in the multi-apartment sector where there is technical feasibility to provide the service using GPON technology.

Connection and Technical Works
3.1
The cost of connecting to any tariff plan, connecting a second line into an apartment using twisted-pair technology, or restoring a line where a cable and terminal equipment are already in place equals the cost of the selected tariff plan for one calendar month and includes laying up to 10 metres of cable; cable within the subscriber's premises exceeding 10 metres is paid for separately at the rate of 10,00 UAH including VAT per 1 metre).
3.2
The cost of connecting a second line into an apartment using EPON and GPON technology with installation of a second optical terminal is 600,00 (six hundred) UAH including VAT.
3.3
During promotions, special offers, or marketing campaigns, the connection cost may vary on the terms determined by the Provider.

Equipment Requirements
4.1
To ensure a wireless Internet access speed of up to 1000 Mbps, the Subscriber is recommended to use a Wi-Fi router with port speeds of at least 1 Gbps.
4.2
To receive services using GPON technology, the Provider grants the Subscriber, for the term of Service provision, the use of terminal equipment — a subscriber ONU PON terminal.
4.3
Upon termination of the use of the Service, the Subscriber is obliged to return the subscriber ONU PON terminal to the Provider in working, complete, and usable condition.
4.4
If the equipment cannot be returned, or is returned incomplete or faulty, the Subscriber reimburses its value in the amount of 600,00 UAH including VAT.

3.2
During promotions, special offers, or marketing campaigns, the connection cost may vary on the terms determined by the Provider.
3.3
If cable exceeding the specified length is used, the connection cost is determined individually depending on the actual expenses.
3.4
If the Subscriber has a cable but lacks the necessary equipment, the connection cost is 600,00 (six hundred) UAH including VAT.
3.5
Relocation of the access line, where technically feasible, is carried out for a fee of 600,00 (six hundred) UAH including VAT.
3.6
The cost of connecting a second line into the premises with installation of a second optical terminal is 600,00 (six hundred) UAH including VAT.

  • minimum guaranteed speed — 250 Mbps.

3.1
The cost of connecting to any tariff plan, connecting a second line into an apartment using twisted-pair technology, or restoring a line where a cable and terminal equipment are already in place equals the cost of the selected tariff plan for one calendar month and includes laying up to 10 metres of cable; cable within the subscriber's premises exceeding 10 metres is paid for separately at the rate of 10,00 UAH including VAT per 1 metre).
3.2
The cost of connecting a second line into an apartment using EPON and GPON technology with installation of a second optical terminal is 600,00 (six hundred) UAH including VAT.
3.3
During promotions, special offers, or marketing campaigns, the connection cost may vary on the terms determined by the Provider.

Equipment Requirements
4.1
To ensure a wireless Internet access speed of up to 1000 Mbps, the Subscriber is recommended to use a Wi-Fi router with port speeds of at least 1 Gbps.
4.2
To receive services using EPON/GPON technology, the Provider grants the Subscriber, for the term of Service provision, the use of terminal equipment — a subscriber ONU PON terminal.
4.3
Upon termination of the use of the Service, the Subscriber is obliged to return the subscriber ONU PON terminal to the Provider in working, complete, and usable condition.
4.4
If the equipment cannot be returned, or is returned incomplete or faulty, the Subscriber reimburses its value in the amount of 600,00 UAH including VAT.

Billing and Settlement Procedure
5.1
The v.12 tariff plans use a monthly billing model.
5.2
The subscription fee for the selected tariff plan is set for one calendar month and applies to the period from the 1st to the last day of the corresponding calendar month.
5.3
Reservation of the subscription fee is carried out at 00:00 on the 1st day of the calendar month preceding the billing month, and/or on the date of actual crediting of funds from the Subscriber to the Provider's account in such month.
5.4
The subscription fee is charged on the last day of the calendar month preceding the billing month.
5.5
If there are insufficient funds in the Subscriber's personal account at the time the subscription fee is charged, access to the Internet is temporarily blocked until the required amount of funds is received.

Changing the Tariff Plan
6.1
For Subscribers on previous versions of tariff plans, switching to v.12 tariff plans is carried out without additional payments.
6.2
Switching from v.12 tariffs to previous tariff versions is not possible.
6.3
Switching between tariff plans within v.12 tariffs is carried out upon the Subscriber's request and at their choice, within the tariff plans available for connection at the Subscriber's address:
  • from the first day of the calendar month, or
  • from a date agreed between the Subscriber and the Provider within the current month of using the service. In this case, the fee for the previous tariff is charged up to and including the last day of its validity, and from the following day the calculation is made according to the cost of the tariff to which the switch was made.
6.4
The cost of switching from a tariff with a lower subscription fee to a tariff with a higher subscription fee is free of charge; in the reverse direction — 30 UAH one-time.

The Subscriber may be provided with the option to activate a static IP address for a separate fee in accordance with the Provider's current tariffs. Activation of service suspension (freeze) and the loyalty programme are available under general terms.

If the Subscriber has a cable but lacks the necessary equipment, the connection cost is 600,00 (six hundred) UAH including VAT.

Relocation of the access line, where technically feasible, is carried out for a fee of 600,00 (six hundred) UAH including VAT.

The cost of connecting a second line into the premises with installation of a second optical terminal is 600,00 (six hundred) UAH including VAT.

These Rules for the provision of Internet access services (hereinafter — the Rules) define the procedure, conditions, and specifics of the provision of Internet access services by the electronic communications services provider LLC "INTRA.COM", trademark Fregat (hereinafter — the Provider), to subscribers (hereinafter — the Subscriber) within the Fregat v.12 tariff plans in the city of Synelnykove and the Synelnykove District.
1.2
These Rules have been developed in accordance with the requirements of the current legislation of Ukraine, in particular the Law of Ukraine «On Electronic Communications», the Law of Ukraine «On Consumer Rights Protection», the Rules for the Provision and Receipt of Electronic Communications Services, and other regulatory legal acts.
1.3
The Fregat v.12 tariff plans take effect and are valid from 1 February 2026 and may be applied at connection addresses in the multi-apartment sector where there is technical feasibility to provide the service.

The Internet access speed in the tariff plans does not depend on the amount of downloaded and/or transmitted data.

  • maximum speed — 100 Mbps;
  • average actual speed — 80 Mbps;
  • minimum guaranteed speed — 50 Mbps.

The actual access speed may vary depending on the network's technical capabilities, the Subscriber's terminal equipment, the load on communication channels, and other factors beyond the Provider's control.

The tariff applies at connection addresses in the multi-apartment sector where there is technical feasibility to provide the service using GPON technology.
2.3
GPON 1000 Tariff Plan (Fregat v.12)

The subscription fee is 300,00 (three hundred) UAH including VAT per month.
The Internet access speed does not depend on the amount of downloaded or transmitted data and is as follows:
  • maximum speed — 1000 Mbps;
  • average actual speed — 500 Mbps;
  • minimum guaranteed speed — 250 Mbps.

The actual access speed may vary depending on the network's technical capabilities, the Subscriber's terminal equipment, the load on communication channels, and other factors beyond the Provider's control.

The tariff applies at connection addresses in the multi-apartment sector where there is technical feasibility to provide the service using GPON technology.

Connection and Technical Works
3.1
The cost of connecting to any tariff plan, connecting a second line into an apartment using twisted-pair technology, or restoring a line where a cable and terminal equipment are already in place equals the cost of the selected tariff plan for one calendar month and includes laying up to 10 metres of cable; cable within the subscriber's premises exceeding 10 metres is paid for separately at the rate of 10,00 UAH including VAT per 1 metre).
3.2
The cost of connecting a second line into an apartment using EPON and GPON technology with installation of a second optical terminal is 600,00 (six hundred) UAH including VAT.
3.3
During promotions, special offers, or marketing campaigns, the connection cost may vary on the terms determined by the Provider.

Equipment Requirements
4.1
To ensure a wireless Internet access speed of up to 1000 Mbps, the Subscriber is recommended to use a Wi-Fi router with port speeds of at least 1 Gbps.
4.2
To receive services using GPON technology, the Provider grants the Subscriber, for the term of Service provision, the use of terminal equipment — a subscriber ONU PON terminal.
4.3
Upon termination of the use of the Service, the Subscriber is obliged to return the subscriber ONU PON terminal to the Provider in working, complete, and usable condition.
4.4
If the equipment cannot be returned, or is returned incomplete or faulty, the Subscriber reimburses its value in the amount of 600,00 UAH including VAT.

Billing and Settlement Procedure
5.1
The v.12 tariff plans use a monthly billing model.
5.2
The subscription fee for the selected tariff plan is set for one calendar month and applies to the period from the 1st to the last day of the corresponding calendar month.
5.3
Reservation of the subscription fee is carried out at 00:00 on the 1st day of the calendar month preceding the billing month, and/or on the date of actual crediting of funds from the Subscriber to the Provider's account in such month.
5.4
The subscription fee is charged on the last day of the calendar month preceding the billing month.
5.5
If there are insufficient funds in the Subscriber's personal account at the time the subscription fee is charged, access to the Internet is temporarily blocked until the required amount of funds is received.

Changing the Tariff Plan
6.1
For Subscribers on previous versions of tariff plans, switching to v.12 tariff plans is carried out without additional payments.
6.2
Switching from v.12 tariffs to previous tariff versions is not possible.
6.3
Switching between tariff plans within v.12 tariffs is carried out upon the Subscriber's request and at their choice, within the tariff plans available for connection at the Subscriber's address:

During promotions, special offers, or marketing campaigns, the connection cost may vary on the terms determined by the Provider.
3.3
If cable exceeding the specified length is used, the connection cost is determined individually depending on the actual expenses.
3.4
If the Subscriber has a cable but lacks the necessary equipment, the connection cost is 600,00 (six hundred) UAH including VAT.
3.5
Relocation of the access line, where technically feasible, is carried out for a fee of 600,00 (six hundred) UAH including VAT.
3.6
The cost of connecting a second line into the premises with installation of a second optical terminal is 600,00 (six hundred) UAH including VAT.

4.3
Upon termination of the use of the Service, the Subscriber is obliged to return the subscriber ONU PON terminal to the Provider in working, complete, and usable condition.

1.2
These Rules have been developed in accordance with the requirements of the current legislation of Ukraine, in particular the Law of Ukraine «On Electronic Communications», the Law of Ukraine «On Consumer Rights Protection», the Rules for the Provision and Receipt of Electronic Communications Services, and other regulatory legal acts.

  • average actual speed — 80 Mbps;
  • minimum guaranteed speed — 50 Mbps.

GPON 1000 Tariff Plan (Fregat v.12)

The subscription fee is 300,00 (three hundred) UAH including VAT per month.
The Internet access speed does not depend on the amount of downloaded or transmitted data and is as follows:
  • maximum speed — 1000 Mbps;
  • average actual speed — 500 Mbps;
  • minimum guaranteed speed — 250 Mbps.

The actual access speed may vary depending on the network's technical capabilities, the Subscriber's terminal equipment, the load on communication channels, and other factors beyond the Provider's control.

The tariff applies at connection addresses in the multi-apartment sector where there is technical feasibility to provide the service using GPON technology.

Connection and Technical Works
3.1
The cost of connecting to any tariff plan, connecting a second line into an apartment using twisted-pair technology, or restoring a line where a cable and terminal equipment are already in place equals the cost of the selected tariff plan for one calendar month and includes laying up to 10 metres of cable; cable within the subscriber's premises exceeding 10 metres is paid for separately at the rate of 10,00 UAH including VAT per 1 metre).
3.2
The cost of connecting a second line into an apartment using EPON and GPON technology with installation of a second optical terminal is 600,00 (six hundred) UAH including VAT.
3.3
During promotions, special offers, or marketing campaigns, the connection cost may vary on the terms determined by the Provider.

Equipment Requirements
4.1
To ensure a wireless Internet access speed of up to 1000 Mbps, the Subscriber is recommended to use a Wi-Fi router with port speeds of at least 1 Gbps.
4.2
To receive services using GPON technology, the Provider grants the Subscriber, for the term of Service provision, the use of terminal equipment — a subscriber ONU PON terminal.
4.3
Upon termination of the use of the Service, the Subscriber is obliged to return the subscriber ONU PON terminal to the Provider in working, complete, and usable condition.
4.4
If the equipment cannot be returned, or is returned incomplete or faulty, the Subscriber reimburses its value in the amount of 600,00 UAH including VAT.

Billing and Settlement Procedure
5.1
The v.12 tariff plans use a monthly billing model.
5.2
The subscription fee for the selected tariff plan is set for one calendar month and applies to the period from the 1st to the last day of the corresponding calendar month.
5.3
Reservation of the subscription fee is carried out at 00:00 on the 1st day of the calendar month preceding the billing month, and/or on the date of actual crediting of funds from the Subscriber to the Provider's account in such month.
5.4
The subscription fee is charged on the last day of the calendar month preceding the billing month.
5.5
If there are insufficient funds in the Subscriber's personal account at the time the subscription fee is charged, access to the Internet is temporarily blocked until the required amount of funds is received.

Changing the Tariff Plan
6.1
For Subscribers on previous versions of tariff plans, switching to v.12 tariff plans is carried out without additional payments.
6.2
Switching from v.12 tariffs to previous tariff versions is not possible.
6.3
Switching between tariff plans within v.12 tariffs is carried out upon the Subscriber's request and at their choice, within the tariff plans available for connection at the Subscriber's address:
  • from the first day of the calendar month, or
  • from a date agreed between the Subscriber and the Provider within the current month of using the service. In this case, the fee for the previous tariff is charged up to and including the last day of its validity, and from the following day the calculation is made according to the cost of the tariff to which the switch was made.
6.4
The cost of switching from a tariff with a lower subscription fee to a tariff with a higher subscription fee is free of charge; in the reverse direction — 30 UAH one-time.

During promotions, special offers, or marketing campaigns, the connection cost may vary on the terms determined by the Provider.
3.3
If cable exceeding the specified length is used, the connection cost is determined individually depending on the actual expenses.
3.4
If the Subscriber has a cable but lacks the necessary equipment, the connection cost is 600,00 (six hundred) UAH including VAT.
3.5
Relocation of the access line, where technically feasible, is carried out for a fee of 600,00 (six hundred) UAH including VAT.
3.6
The cost of connecting a second line into the premises with installation of a second optical terminal is 600,00 (six hundred) UAH including VAT.

Connection and Technical Works
3.1
The cost of connecting to any tariff plan or restoring a line where a cable and terminal equipment are already in place equals the cost of the selected tariff plan for one calendar month and includes laying up to 150 metres of cable.
3.2
During promotions, special offers, or marketing campaigns, the connection cost may vary on the terms determined by the Provider.
3.3
If cable exceeding the specified length is used, the connection cost is determined individually depending on the actual expenses.
3.4
If the Subscriber has a cable but lacks the necessary equipment, the connection cost is 600,00 (six hundred) UAH including VAT.
3.5
Relocation of the access line, where technically feasible, is carried out for a fee of 600,00 (six hundred) UAH including VAT.
3.6
The cost of connecting a second line into the premises with installation of a second optical terminal is 600,00 (six hundred) UAH including VAT.

Equipment Requirements
4.1
To ensure a wireless Internet access speed of up to 300 Mbps, the Subscriber is recommended to use a Wi-Fi router with port speeds of at least 1 Gbps.
4.2
To receive services using EPON/GPON technology, the Provider grants the Subscriber, for the term of Service provision, the use of terminal equipment — a subscriber ONU PON terminal.
4.3
Upon termination of the use of the Service, the Subscriber is obliged to return the subscriber ONU PON terminal to the Provider in working, complete, and usable condition.
4.4
If the equipment cannot be returned, or is returned incomplete or faulty, the Subscriber reimburses its value in the amount of 600,00 UAH including VAT.

Changing the Tariff Plan
5.1
For Subscribers on previous versions of tariff plans, switching to v.12 tariff plans is carried out without additional payments.
5.2
Switching from v.12 tariffs to previous tariff versions is not possible.
5.3
Switching between tariff plans within v.12 tariffs is carried out upon the Subscriber's request and at their choice:
  • from the first day of the calendar month, or
  • from a date agreed between the Subscriber and the Provider within the current month of using the service. In this case, the fee for the previous tariff is charged up to and including the last day of its validity, and from the following day the calculation is made according to the cost of the tariff to which the switch was made.
5.4
The cost of switching from a tariff with a lower subscription fee to a tariff with a higher subscription fee is free of charge; in the reverse direction — 30 UAH one-time.

Billing and Settlement Procedure
6.1
The v.12 tariff plans use a monthly billing model.
6.2
The subscription fee for the selected tariff plan is set for one calendar month and applies to the period from the 1st to the last day of the corresponding calendar month.
6.3
Reservation of the subscription fee is carried out at 00:00 on the 1st day of the calendar month preceding the billing month, and/or on the date of actual crediting of funds from the Subscriber to the Provider's account in such month.
6.4
The subscription fee is charged on the last day of the calendar month preceding the billing month.
6.5
If there are insufficient funds in the Subscriber's personal account at the time the subscription fee is charged, access to the Internet is temporarily blocked until the required amount of funds is received.

Additional Terms
7.1
The Subscriber may be provided with the option to connect a static IP address in accordance with the Provider's current tariffs. Activation of service suspension (freeze) and the loyalty programme are available under general terms.
7.2
The service is ordered through the Personal Account in the section: «Services list» — «Options» — «Order».

8.1
The Provider has the right to amend these Rules and the tariff plans in the manner and on the terms determined by the current legislation of Ukraine, with mandatory prior notification of Subscribers.

1.1
These Rules for the provision of Internet access services (hereinafter — the Rules) define the procedure, conditions, and specifics of the provision of Internet access services by the electronic communications services provider LLC "INTRA.COM", trademark Fregat (hereinafter — the Provider), to subscribers (hereinafter — the Subscriber) within the Fregat v.12 tariff plans in the Samar District.
1.2
These Rules have been developed in accordance with the requirements of the current legislation of Ukraine, in particular the Law of Ukraine «On Electronic Communications», the Law of Ukraine «On Consumer Rights Protection», the Rules for the Provision and Receipt of Electronic Communications Services, and other regulatory legal acts.
1.3
The Fregat v.12 tariff plans take effect and are valid from 1 February 2026 and may be applied at connection addresses in the multi-apartment sector where there is technical feasibility to provide the service.
1.4
The Internet access speed in the tariff plans does not depend on the amount of downloaded and/or transmitted data.

EPON 100 Tariff Plan (Fregat v.12)

The subscription fee is 250,00 (two hundred fifty) UAH including VAT per month.
The Internet access speed does not depend on the amount of downloaded or transmitted data and is as follows:
  • maximum speed — 100 Mbps;
  • average actual speed — 80 Mbps;
  • minimum guaranteed speed — 50 Mbps.

The actual access speed may vary depending on the network's technical capabilities, the Subscriber's terminal equipment, the load on communication channels, and other factors beyond the Provider's control.

The tariff applies at connection addresses in the multi-apartment sector where there is technical feasibility to provide the service using EPON technology.

EPON 300 Tariff Plan (Fregat v.12)

The subscription fee is 300,00 (three hundred) UAH including VAT per month.
The Internet access speed does not depend on the amount of downloaded or transmitted data and is as follows:
  • maximum speed — 300 Mbps;
  • average actual speed — 240 Mbps;
  • minimum guaranteed speed — 150 Mbps.

The cost of connecting to any tariff plan, connecting a second line into an apartment using twisted-pair technology, or restoring a line where a cable and terminal equipment are already in place equals the cost of the selected tariff plan for one calendar month and includes laying up to 10 metres of cable; cable within the subscriber's premises exceeding 10 metres is paid for separately at the rate of 10,00 UAH including VAT per 1 metre).
3.2
The cost of connecting a second line into an apartment using EPON and GPON technology with installation of a second optical terminal is 600,00 (six hundred) UAH including VAT.
3.3
During promotions, special offers, or marketing campaigns, the connection cost may vary on the terms determined by the Provider.

To ensure a wireless Internet access speed of up to 300 Mbps, the Subscriber is recommended to use a Wi-Fi router with port speeds of at least 1 Gbps.

Upon termination of the use of the Service, the Subscriber is obliged to return the subscriber ONU PON terminal to the Provider in working, complete, and usable condition.

If the equipment cannot be returned, or is returned incomplete or faulty, the Subscriber reimburses its value in the amount of 600,00 UAH including VAT.
