Loyalty Program

The Loyalty Program is our way of saying "Thank you" for your loyalty. The longer you stay with us, the higher your personal bonus! Grow your bonus up to 15% and get the chance to pay for our services at the best possible price.

How to activate

Activate the Loyalty Program:

• Log in to your Personal account or use the Telegram bot @fregatsupport_bot.
• Choose the section:
  — In the Personal account: Services - Login - Loyalty.
  — In the Telegram bot: Information - Loyalty Program.
• Click «Activate»: the initial size of your personal subscriber bonus is calculated based on your total subscriber tenure using the following formula: (loyalty program participation activation date) — (date of the subscriber's first payment).
  
  Bonus sizes:
  • From 3 to 9 months — 2%
  • From 10 to 18 months — 5%
  • From 19 to 30 months — 7%
  • Over 31 months — 10%
  A full month is used for calculation.

How to use

• Bonuses are credited as a bonus amount added to the subscriber's personal account, equal to the share of the personal subscriber bonus of the total amount the subscriber paid in the previous month.
• Crediting takes place on the 1st day of each month.
  For example: the personal bonus is 10%, and the subscriber paid 100 UAH during the previous month. Amount credited: 100 UAH * 10% = 10 bonuses.
• Track the growth of your percentage and the number of accumulated bonuses in your Personal account.
• Use your accumulated bonuses for full or partial payment of our services.
  Rate: 1 bonus — 1 Ukrainian hryvnia.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred to third parties, are not refunded / not paid out to the Subscriber, and are not converted into monetary units — Ukrainian hryvnias.
• The loyalty program is not available on the «Year Together» plan.
